I went into store and ask them to look at my iPhone 11 Pro too see why my phone would not turn on, I had minor damage, no inside damage. He tells me he can take a look for $35 if everything work fine when he done then thats it. I said ok. Service will take 2 hours. I wait 2 hour come back he said he might have to keep it for another day. I said ok. It was him and his som. I never came in with attitude they both were friendly but when I came to pick up my phone he and his soon attached a new screen to my iPhone 11. My screen did not ask to be repaired. My issue was technical. So I ask them to see if my phone can turn on, wait 2 hr. Not fix. Come back next day. Not fix but they put a new screen on my phone and tell me I have to pay $135? Cash that they already received. So Im out of pocket of $135 and a phone and was told to leave the store. The father which is the owner has a very nasty attitude. As we were talking he told his son shes not from here dont listen to what she has to say all I wanted was my phone to go the Lock Screen I never asked for screen repair or for them to keep it for 2 days.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: No. I came into the store and ask for u and your sim to complete a diagnosis on the IPHONE. You assured me that it could take up to 2 hours to take a look. I waited. Came back to the store and he said come back the next day and it will be finish by then. My screen was cracked but it did not need to be repaired. I came back to the store the next day to pick up my device and he was very inpleasent and rude before I even raised my voice. He gave me my phone back with a brand new repaired screen. I did not ask for my screen to be fixed. I asked for them to see why my Apple logo was on the screen. Which he said I needed a software update. So all in all. I paid $130 for a service I did not ask for . Plus a diagnosis fee. When I received my phone back I was locked out of my Apple account and had to reset it. He pretty much held my phone overnight. Fixed my screen and charged me for a service I did not ask for. I would like a full refund of $130. I lost access to credit card accounts emails and many other things that I needed daily which was on my phone.
