    Transaction dates all 2023: JAN 24($9,000), JAN 15($1,200), FEB 14($11,415), APR 12($1,000), Transaction dates all 2022: NOV 5($5,000), DEC 10($10,880)I hired ************************* to complete a rehab on my property. I paid in the check amounts listed above. He completed partial work and never returned and keeping $24,000 of my hard earned money. He claimed having a divorce and buying a new car is where my money went. He refused to complete the job and left me having to find someone else paying double the price. He will not answer his phone and refuses to return funds for services that was not pending. I have a contract. Draw inspections from a bank to show what work was completed. Also have pictures of deposited checks that I paid him

    ****************** took a deposit and money for work and material that wasnt delivered. He damaged property and doesnt call or return calls. He has multiple phone numbers disconnected. Very unprofessional a scammer and thief. He has done this exact same thing to multiple people
