I contacted this company because I am in need of financial help due to moving and bills. They told me to buy a Staples money order to send to them of $300. I did. Now they are telling me I need to send more money. The purpose of me contacting them was for a loan. Not to give away the little bit of money I had for bills. It seemed legit at the time but now. I feel it is not because they keep asking for more money. I would like a refund of all of my money back and this business should be closed so others wont be scammed like I was.

    Dear *************************,

CreditLoan? will never contact you asking to pay a fee or voucher; there is absolutely no cost to submit your information through our site. If someone has contacted you asking for money for a fee or vouchers, they are not associated with CreditLoan.com.

CreditLoan? is not a lender, does not make lending decisions and is not in any way engaged in the lending process or subsequent collection efforts.

It's important to recognize there are many unscrupulous websites making misleading claims in order to entice customers to provide personal information. Often, these sites are selling consumers personal information and scammed customers are receiving harassing calls, emails and sometimes money is even being withdrawn from their accounts.

CreditLoan? does not engage in these practices.

It sounds as though your information may have ended up in the hands of a group that has been taking advantage of innocent consumers through advance fee fraud.

You can find out more about Advance Fee Fraud at: *****************************************************************************************************************************

As always, we encourage our customers to use all lending products responsibly.

    Sincerely,

I was contacted by the above party in reference to a personal loan. I applied online at loan.com. I was told Bc my credit score was low that I would need to purchase apple I tunes card in amount of ****** to ensure my first payment. I am a nurse practitioner, and I have a sister who is battling cancer and needed a loan for her care. I purchased the card and was called back saying that my file was flagged by the ******* reserve and I needed to pay another fee. This company had me pay a total of over ******* and I never received the loan. I had detective in *** trace the phone and it is a throw away cell phone, and these gentlemen are stating their address is **************************** yet when I googled that address, lending club was the addtess to the business that showed up. These men are using lending clubs address and they are fraudulent. I contacted lending club and they have made a report on their end. I was told if I want my application stopped and my file closed I need to pay another ****** to have my money returned. Please help me resolve this. I know this money is gone, but these people should be stopped.

I sought to borrow a loan, in the amoount of, $15000. I charged a inital fee. once or twice. After making other amunts I was told I'd have to pay. I was weeks later making some payments. After making tose payments, I was told I'd had to pay a late charge. I was promised that after the payments were made I'd receive the money without further issues. And that there were nothng more I'd have to pay. After it took weeks again to come up withthe $250, late fee charge. I was promised I recieve the money in my account, right away. But again after it was paid, with the useage of, me buying and paying with "Steam Cards", I was told again. I was late cause it took weeks for me to come up with the late fee. In the end. Each time I was late, they didnt say anything about the late chatge until, after I paid it. If thay had told me I would be charged these late fees, I would of paid the $200, they said it would cost me to cancel all transactions, and get all my money back. I even, aked repeatedly, over and over for the Rep, to make sure, there were no other payments standing in the way of me gettin the money. I also asked to speak with the Supervisor. He insured me of the same thing that there wouldn't be any other payments I would have to make. He told me, toI'd get a ***** of, *****, which was the fee money back as wel as the $15000, loan. But once I paud it m again, they contact me, after an hour to tell me, there was another $300, late charge for being late again. The rep(********************* or *********) lied to me, 3 times and the Supervisor(*****)lied to me, once, about that. And now I can not reach them by phone, anyone, since I told them both, I was contacting the BBB, consumer affairs and filing a law suite, if I had no success contacting these agencies.

Scammers- requested money in the form of iTunes and Apple store gift cards in order to process loan. Wishful thinking made believe I was getting the help I needed. Reality is if you give them money you will not get anywhere and rapidly lose everything trying to settle an agreement with these people. They promise you the world, and state reimbursement for the inconvenience but only if you continue to pay them money. Its a vicious cycle. Please do not be a fool like I was. Have filed a complaint with the *** and notified Apple of the fraudulent activity from this business.
