    On Wednesday, July 10th we had washed a load of clothes and during the rinse cycles, we had water bubbling up under the toilet and in the bathtub. We contacted Triton plumbing and asked them to come out and check. We seemed to be ok if we used the toilet and/or shower without issues but were instructed by Triton Plumbing not to use the washing machine. The owner came out and informed us that our line needs to be cleaned out and recommended replacing the toilet. We agreed to the work and paid for approximately half of the work. After a week of phone calls and text messages, finally got them to come out at 11PM on Tuesday, July 16th. This was not our choice for a time, but we kept getting pushed back on their schedule. On Wednesday, July 17th, less than 12 hours after the toilet was installed, we noticed that the toilet was leaking every time we flushed it. We have made countless phone calls and left messages, sent probably 100+ text messages, have had 5 scheduled appointments and no one shows up. On one of the appointments, we received a text message in error that he was going to someone else's house instead of coming to our house for our scheduled appoint. We were asked to take a video of where the leak is and basically no response. Since sending we have made arrangements to have someone come and no one shows up. We have paid them $3,450.00. They seldom respond to phone calls or text messages.We appreciate whatever you can do to help us get this issued resolved as soon as possible.**** & *********************
