I bought my Blueair Protect 770i in 2022. I have sent numerous emails asking why my unit is blowing large amounts of dust into my home. I can not get anyone to either answer the phone or chat. I tried to use thier contact us page and was asked to subscribe. There was no way to contact Blueair. Does anyone have an email address? I could try thier instagram page. This tactic seems to get a manufacturers attention.Business response

The compnay charged me 260 when i had never authorized anything. I accidentally gave my credit card out to a **** website they sent over text. This is a fraudulent charge and theft. Other customer have said the same. This company should not be allowed to be in business!!Business response

I received a Blueair purifier from a family member to help us deal with wildfire smoke. The purifier was great for the first ~2 years, but now all of the sudden it stopped working.I have completed troubleshooting steps on my own and on the phone with a support agent. The agent recommended a replacement and agreed to send me one. I could tell on the phone that something wash fishy because all of the sudden he acted as if he couldnt hear me. He sent me an email requesting the serial number and my mailing address for the replacement. I replied to the email immediately with the information. After **** minutes he claimed his system was having trouble and they were not receiving my email response. He said he would call me back later that day once their system was working again. He obviously never called. I have tried following up multiple times via email, phone, and ******** messenger and they do not answer or reply. I do not think its normal for a device to stop working after 2 years. Blueair is the one who suggested replacing the device, not me. What am I supposed to do? Theyve completely ghosted and unfortunately, I do not believe its an accident, 2 weeks later.Business response

I returned $209 worth of merchandise within a week of ordering it in June 2023. I never heard back from them. I emailed 4 times before I found the public phone number. I called twice. Both times they said the refund was coming. Nothing has been refunded and they wouldnt sent a refund email. I finally reached someone who said I was being refunded $120. When I said I was owed more they said it was a mistake. But now they cant figure out how to refund me what Im owed or even transfer me to someone who can help. Its MID AUGUST! Do not order from this company!! I just want what Im owed back!Business response

I purchased a Blueair 311 Auto made by this company and was charged $270.76 on April 22, 2023.The unit was used intermittently for less than 3 months. The fan stopped working so the unit is inoperable. There is a 1 year warranty on this product. **************** is HORRIBLE and non responsive.From reading online reviews, this is the normal operation for this company. They simply do not respond and ignore warranty issues.Business response

Blue Air charged my bank account in the amount of $243.79. I have never purchased anything from this company. Until this transaction, I did not even know who this company was. The company tried to charge our bank card for $212.99 but that transaction was denied.Business response

Incidentally, this was a fraudulent purchase made on our website with this customer's payment information. Please have the customer contact their bank to have this card cancelled as they can probably expect a number of other charges.

Ordered a BlueAir 211i **************** from BlueAir directly and returned it the same day due to odors it emitted. I followed the online instructions printing a label with the return authorization and including the original packing slip. It arrived at the BlueAir warehouse the next day. Still no refund over a month later, and under my order history there is no sign of my return, even though I can find it through the *** tracking. The small print on the site says it takes 60 days to receive a refund, which is outrageous. I also get no response from BlueAir when submitting a question about my order. This is the worst company I've dealt with in decades. Feels like a scam.Business response

After cancelling my subscription for replacement filters I received an email informing me that do to my cancellation my warranty would be void immediately. This tactic seems ripe with fraudulence. I have every right to use my filtration as much or as little as I choose and I also have the right to purchase replacement filters as I need, without being required to have a subscription for replacement filters. Either the device is manufactured to last for its warranted time period or not. Having a subscription does not in any way extend the life of the filtration device since filters can be purchased from other sources or be purchased only when they device needs them. I doubt that cancelling my warranty was legal.Business response

The message you received upon leaving the Filter Subscription was just notifying you that the extended warranty that came with thee Filter Subscription has also been cancelled.

I ordered (online) an air filter from Bluair on June 27. It was never received. On the website, it was marked as 'closed.' I called the company a week later to try to figure out why it was closed and never shipped. The customer service agent apologized for an error and said it would be shipped and that I would receive a confirmation email. Neither happened. I called again this morning to cancel my order and refill subscription, and I also removed my payment information from their website. What I got was a reinstated order and shipment. This is not what I asked. I called again to follow up, and no one, not the agent on the phone nor the agent on the chat offered immediate cancellation. I have no recourse but to report this issue to you.Business response

There were 2 charges placed on my card on 6/19/2023, and I have never done business or did I even know who this company was.I contacted my bank and they directed me to contact the company directly to refund the charges I did not make.I have been trying to call the ***** number with no answer. I just sit on hold with no response. The charges on my card total $514.10, but the company credited $10.00 back so $504.10 has been taken from my bank.It seems this company has a major fraud issue and should be investigated by the BBB since this is an ongoing issue and they do not seem to have proper fraud protection systems in place.Business response
