      I purchased two round trip tickets to *****. COVID shutdowns caused cancelation of the flight. I thought I had rebooked the tickets using a $1200 credit for September 2020 only to find they never issued the e-tickets. I was told the credit remained. I have contacted this group and spoke to no less than 8 different agents all of whom promised to resolve the issue and book me on a flight to ***** with the credit due to me. It has been one week I each new phone call I am given someone's "personal" line and promise to rebook my flight with COVID credit....to never actually happen. I have no flight to ***** for myself, or my daughter and this group has seemingly pocketed my $1200 in airfare. Now when I call every number of every agent, my calls are unanswered. I have signed documents of this credit that is supposed to be granted for travel through January 2022.On 9/16 I signed new confirmation for November flight and have not received tickets but told they are working on it.

      We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have reviewed your case and found that on page 3 of the contract under "confirmation" it is mentioned that; it takes upto ***** hours to receive the e-tickets in some odd cases it may take upto 72 hours. Therefore, the day when you signed the contract, you received the e-tickets and you have also acknowledged the same. It seems that you may have filed the complaint on BBB but received the e-tickets right after that.

      Anyways, we delivered the services to you as per the agreed terms and conditions. We will be happy to do business with you again.

      I am rejecting this response because: I NEVER RECEIVED E-TICKETS that were paid for. I DID NOT have a confirmed flight on the airline that i paid for through this group. They DID NOT HONOR the voucher and NEVER re-issued a E-Ticket. This was confirmed by the airline!!!

      I am rejecting this response because: It is a lie. I bought a 3rd airfare in full from ** to ***** and NEVER EVER never ever received the credit due to me for two round trip tickets to ***** from *************. that were flights originally scheduled for 2020 during the Pandemic.

      I purchased four roundtrip airline tickets from *******, ** to *****, ****** for a family reunion in January 2020, Cost of tickets: $2,462.75. The flights were scheduled for April 1, 2020. All flights were cancelled due to world health crisis.Refund refused by Cheapbestfares. Tickets rescheduled, also cancelled due to health crisis. Refund requested and granted by ***** Airlines. ***** sent refund check to ticketing agent however Cheapbestfares, while admitting the refund was approved by *****, continues to make excuses as to why the money has not been returned to me. I have documented all of my calls and emails to cheapbestfares, *****, and *************************, Director ******** ************, at ***************** (another ticketing agency). The supervisor at cheapbestfares, ******, ************, after promising several times that the refund would be sent no longer returns my calls. Cheapbestfares number is: ************.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have not received a refund for the cancelled flights.  Cheapbestfares refused to return my calls during many months when I called to ask about the refund. When they finally took my call a representative said the account showed a refund had been sent to me. He could not provide any details and no one from the company returned my calls when I explained that I had not received a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because ***** Airlines approved a refund and sent a refund check to cheapbestfares to refund the cancelled tickets.

      Cheapbestfares has delayed and declined to correspond with me to resolve this issue for nearly two years. I rejected a voucher on the grounds that the rescheduled flights were unreasonable and requested a full refund. Cheapbestfares said they could refund only if ***** approved. ***** sent a refund check to Cheapbestfares in December 2020.

      Unfortunately, Cheapbestfares continues to drag this out with excuses and long delays.

      I am rejecting this response because: The ** ***** of ************** in a memorandum dated March 4, 2020, stated that cancelled or significantly delayed flights "should be refunded promptly." Our April flight was cancelled due to the world health crisis in 2020. We could not use those tickets in 2020. That constitutes a "significant delay." Cheapbestfares said they would only refund if ***** airlines (the airline where the tickets were purchased) would agree. ***** airlines DID agree and refunded the tickets to cheapbestfares in December 2020. Cheapbestfares finally acknowleged (after many, many emails and phone calls) receipt of the refund. All supporting documents have been sent to the BBB and cheapbestfares. I took this complaint to the ******** ************************ Cheapbestfares has not responded to their letter.
