Downtown Apartment Company LLC is a free apartment finding service focused on luxury and high-end apartments.  The client is asked questions about their specific tastes and interests in an apartment and are presented with some options and ideas about an apartment that fits their needs, including some options that they might have not considered in their initial search. After a discussion of some of the top options with the client, one of the company's trained leasing consultants will arrange showings, while taking the client from one apartment to the next, all for free. The client is offered advice on every apartment they view. The agent will discuss all the options available to the client, and if the client decides on a building or an apartment that they looked at while touring with Downtown Apartment Company, the building or landlord pays the company a commission.
