      I purchase an ice maker for my refrigerator. Upon receipt, I found this was the wrong part. I contacted them for return instructions, and they say they have requested return instructions from their warehouse, but its been 5 days and they have not sent me the *** number and shipping instructions. I have contacted them multiple times and nothing. They also told me they are going to charge me 20% because they consider this a Remorse Return even though their website states 30 Day Money Back, no questions asked, return policy.I would like to return the part for a full refund.Thank you

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Not until the BBB got involved did the company respond to me. You will see in the attached email that theyre claiming to be waiting on me to return the part, however they didnt send me the return information until almost one hour after telling the BBB I havent responded to them.  The BBB emailed me their response at 6:20am today and the company emailed me at 7:08am today.


      Also for the record, they shipped this part to me in the original manufacturers packaging with shipping labels and packing slip glued to the box.  In their return instructions they want me to send the part back in a clean manufacturer box with no shipping labels on it.  I am to put their box in a larger box which they didnt do themselves.  When I received the part the box was not in great shape, so they better accept this return and not fault me for this.  I also should not have to pay 20% for restocking considering the hassle Ive been subjected to.  


      In reading the other complaints on the BBB site, this appears to be their normal way of doing business and to not refund customers.

      I returned an item that was listed incorrectly on the vendor's website. I was provided a ***** return label and was told my purchase would be refunded within 5 days of the return. I emailed Customer Support and provided the tracking number. The item was received and signed for by their warehouse on Dec 17. I have contacted customer support several times and they refuse to refund my purchase because the warehouse is unable to locate my return. I provided proof of delivery, but they will not return my money. Looking at other complaints, this is a common practice of the seller to not refund customers.

      On 11/21/2024 I placed order #******* for $106.10 USD with this company. The part arrived damaged. It was also the incorrect part, and I contacted the merchant about this. A photo of the damaged item was provided to the merchant via email. According to merchant's website and email confirmation, there is a 30 day money back guarantee. According to **************************************************"You may return your purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 30 days of receipt of the products purchased."I have emailed the merchant 5 times, explicitly requesting an RMA for return of the product. The merchant has thus far refused to provide an ***.

      I ordered a fridge freezer gasket from Appliance Unlimited on 29Sept24 online for ******. Upon receiving the gasket folded up in a smaller box we noticed a cut along the side of the gasket. We called unlimited appliance parts multiple time with no return call, we emailed multiple times (22Oct24, 24Oct24) with no response. We have declined charges with the credit card company and were recharged a month later. We are seeking a total refund of the ******.

      May 26, 2024 I ordered item #WB27X25800, ************ Asm, order # ******* for my range. The price was $670.25. June 2, 2024 I ordered item # WB27X21393, Control UI Asm, order # ******* for the same range. The price was $335.09.My appliance repairman came out the following week to install both parts. Both parts came packaged the same way, both wrapped in bubble wrap and each put in a box. There were no factory labels or packaging on either part. When he opened the boxes, he found that the first order, item # WB27X25800 was obviously a used part. My repairman and I decided to return both parts as there was no way of telling if the other part was also used. I contacted Unlimited Appliance Parts and they agreed the first part was a used part and issued a full refund. They offered no explanation as to why they sent me a used part. However, they deducted 20% from the refund on the 2nd part because they claimed it was not used or defective. They were very hard to get in contact with. I left multiple phone messages and sent emails."**************" finally responded by email that they would not waive the restocking fee as he claims this one part was new. I asked many times through email and voice messages and also left messages with "******", who at times would answer the phone, for someone to call me to discuss. They would not call. I explained several times in my emails that these 2 parts would have been installed had they not sent me a used part. If they sent 2 new parts as I had ordered, none would have been returned. They messed up on my order, I should not have to pay for their deceit. This is not a case of "buyers remorse" . This is a case of WRONGDOING on the part of the seller. They never should have shipped out a used part. I ended up just buying a new stove as there was no way of telling from the packaging if I was receiving a new or used part. I would like refunded $67.02, which is the 20% that they retained.

      Package was never received, called three times . Got a refund of $64.46 not the $80.58 they took from my CC. Called again package was returned to sender by ***** and they still want to charge me restocking fee. Should have looked at reviews before ordering, all.comaints are about being scammed out of money. Will be notifying Amazon ( who i ordered from) requesting they be remove universal appliance parts from there sight. To many people getting screwed by this company.

      I purchased a Brand *********** water filter assembly and was mailed a damaged unit. I paid $165.99 fir this then had to pay $47 to return the damaged unit and hat the parts distributor mailed me. I will due whatever is necessary to make this Company honor their poor business ethics!

I spoke to the business on the phone yesterday and I was told they received the merchandise back and that they cannot refund the money because of an open dispute with my credit card.       Ordered parts . On 10/05/2022 I received a heavily damaged and EMPTY box from fed-ex on my doorstep. I immediately took pictures and sent an e-mail. No response. Involved CC to hold payment. Finally got an email asking for more photos. Sent more photos. They responded to payer and requested EMPTY BOX back. No RA # sent. Return shipping is almost the cost of the part alone. This should be a damaged shipment claim on their behalf . I shouldn't be losing hard earned money due to their poor packaging not holding up during transit. I am requesting a refund and or they pay for the return shipping of the EMPTY BOX that I received.

      I am rejecting this response because: pictures have already been submitted to the website provided first being the day of delivery and then again 7 Days later. Those emails show to have been received. I have submitted two of the same photos here at this website. This reply was nothing more than a ploy by the business to stall until the refund has expired. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered with an online purchase.
