  I NEVER leave anyone reviews as I am a business owner myself and majority of the time reviewers do not tell the entirety of the story but I feel overly obligated to share this story. This company had been calling me for a few weeks seeing if I was interested in using their audio servicing. I typically do not like persistent sales calls but the guy was nice and their product is actually very good, no question there. ***** visited my location, shared demo, everything was great. Initially he shows me their price scale then says well we can adjust all these prices to whatever fits your needs(NOT EXACTLY THAT BUT ALONG THOSE LINES.) Appreciated the offer but why shoot so high then have adjusting prices all the sudden? How can one just cut cost in half for a customer? Why not just start with the fair price?? I would never tell someone how to run a business but it is just interesting how fast the price is negotiable. Furthermore, I did say I wanted to move forward. After consideration and paying $350 a month for a phone recording and an alternate voicemail I did not see fit. I called ******* who is my phone provider and they stated they can do voice notes for me for customer waiting. Although I KNOW it would not be as good as PHMG but it was built into my phone plan I already pay for so made sense. I tell them I do not want to move forward the next day. They have 2 different people call me for retention and wanting to AGAIN negotiate the price monthly to retain me. I said no thank you I am not moving forward. They tell me there is fees in place that I am responsible for canceling, I thought just a scare. A ******* emails me today saying I owe them $12,564 REQUIRED in 14 days!!!!! Then they close the same email with, "I will leave your account open for 7 days if you want to discuss alternate options." This is INSANE and terrible way to conduct business! They claim they have over ****** customers.. so losing one should not hurt. Absolutely terrible practice in the end.

  3 yrs of playing whack a mole! Big promises and words of professionalism. Essentially, they're a high-pressure sales company that gives you verbal guarantees that the contract doesn't allow for. Then you will be blamed for why there isn't as much value in what they offer as was promised. You will get a mid to low quality musaq track with fiver production that they own in perpetuity. Pay for it upfront, stay away from these clowns.

  I was surprised with how easy it was to work with PHMG. Typically when dealing with web, graphic or marketing type designers it takes a lot of creative work on my end to help them create content that matches our brand. PHMG completely removed my need to have any creativity (a huge YAY) and came up with impressively branded audio just for us. THANKS!

  Working with *** ********* at PHMG is always a great experience. He is very professional, quick to respond and accommodating with anything we need and to make whatever changes we need. When speaking on the phone with him, he is very nice to talk to and makes me feel like I'm not just a random person but a client that he's known a long time and cares about. He has always gotten us exactly what we are looking for.

  They have been excellent to work with. They provide professional, enterprise results and are very flexible in helping you to get exactly what you want. We have used their services to create custom-branded hold music, on-hold marketing material, and various voice prompts in our phone system. Would highly recommend!
