I was in an weather related accident November 3rd. My car has been totaled and the insurance covering the car is not responding to any of my calls. The car was in the tow yard for 30 days I had to pay $800 to take it out because the insurance was not helping. Nothing has been done. The car hasnt even been inspected. I have called the agent who was assigned to me. No answer. Left voicemails. I have a wrecked car in my driveway and still paying the car note. I just want someone to answer and assist with the problem.Business response

I requested a quote from them to see how much it would be, then they asked me for the other person's info then they added the person to my policy without my persmission. even though they claimed it would be around $130 it came up to $166. I told them numerous of times to take ****** off i would rather keep my old price since i never authorized anyone to change my policy do I look stupid to even pay more than double my price? Now they went ahead ahead and charged me $166 without my permission now my account is over drawn and they need to pay my overdraft fee as well because this is unprofessional and I need the difference to be refund to me and i want my normal policy back. In total i need $35 for the overdraft they cause on my account plus the $84.38 that they robbed me. I want my money back they dont resond to my emails!Business response

*******************************this is a lie. When I called they claimed that the took the other person off the policy however I still not got my refund and my insurance rate is now hire. With that being said I am the one being punished for their mistakes. I will not and will never recommend these people they are very unprofessional crooked in my opinion. I am very glad that In this country we have freedom of speech. They also ignored the fact that they overdraft my account and needed to reimburse me back for my fees. Any professional company would have owned up to their mistakes and they still havent and that is disrespectful and disgraceful.

Someone hit MY car catty-cornered from behind and then left before giving any insurance information. They were undeniably at fault and the police department located the offending truck via traffic cameras. This company has been HORRIBLE to work with. NO ONE returns phone calls or emails, it has been two weeks and NO contact by anyone to assess damage to my car. I had to do it privately through an auto repair shop. Now they are trying to falsely accuse me of NOT owning my own vehicle? Really? Obviously MY name is the only one on the **** of sale, MY name is the only one on the registration, MY name is the only one on the title. MY bank account paid for it. Every excuse they can try to find to NOT honor their customers. Then, they refuse to cancel the claim which turned out to be lower than MY deductible they want ME to pay because they refuse to use the crash report and investigation to get payment from the other trucks insurance company, After they told me they could cancel since the deductible was more than the repair. AND they refuse to cancel my policy or give me a prorated refund.Business response
