The company has repeatedly refused to charge me the amount that I was quoted over the phone. Although, I think the quoted amount is too expensive, I agreed on that amount. They have used reasons, excuses, and justifications to not give me the monthly amount that I was quoted, which is ******. I was told that if I pay a deposit of ******, then, if I pay a ******, then my monthly **** would be ******. I paid both amounts already.Instead of the amount quoted, I have been given a **** of ******. Then, I was told on the phone that my monthly amount is ******. I want the amount that was quoted to me. It is just that simple. No more coercion, manipulation or justifications. Then, today, the lady on the phone stated that she would have to call me back. I stated if she had my cell phone #. She stated that she did and she repeated my cell phone number over the phone. She called me on my work phone. My work phone. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have not responded to you because I am still waiting for a partial refund that the lady from Insure on the Spot stated I would be receiving. I still have not received any refund. However, I have received several letters stating that my insurance was not cancelled until the beginning of April after they clearly see on the cancellation letter and the date on the email it was sent to them that the cancellation letter was dated 3/24/22. However, I guess they are trying to keep as much money as they possibly can by putting a later date on the cancellation. As a result, no this matter is not closed for me and I would prefer you reopening it because they still have not given me a partial refund.

I kept my cool after the lady from insure called me. Then a week later, someone from Insure called me and wanted to know if I was going to make a payment. Really? That lady stated that they just received my email that is dated on 3/24/22. This call was on the first week of April. It is now April 11th. Do you think the partial refund could be in the mail this week? Lets see?

I think this company is more worried about their perfect little rating with the BBB than they are about resolving this matter.

      To whom it may concern:
Insure On The Spot Services, **** has no involvement in the claim process.  The insurance company determines the outcome and handling of all claims.  We contacted American Heartland Insurance Company and received the following claim information.  The shop was paid on 8-30-21.  There was a confluence of parts delays and COVID sick-outs that set the repairs behind.  We called the shop and they are expediting the work completion.  If we see any further delay we will move the car immediately.
We called ******* and let her know that work is proceeding and all of the delay issues involved.  She has contact information for a claims manager should there be any further delay.  We have waived her deductible for the repairs.
We feel the above information should answer any questions regarding this matter.
      Respectfully,
Insure On The Spot Services, Inc

We have had Direct General insurance for years. My window on my car motor was broken and I was going to get Christmas gifts. I asked my son if I could take his car so that nothing was stolen and he said yes, we all live in the same home. While sitting behind another car at a light, a suburban hauling a boat didn't stop and ran into the back of me, pushing me into the car in front. The airbag deployed, and I was bruised and scraped up but not injured more. Neither in front or back was injured but my son's car was totaled. Now Direct is telling my son that I was excluded on his policy, he thought he included me but didn't. Now Direct says they could pay for it but will not. The falted driver only has ****** insurance on our car and the one in front so my son will have to pay out of his own pocket for his car. What is the point of insurance if they won't pay, I was not at fault. Aren't they supposed to cover the car? They at fault driver has Geico and they are telling us that it is their responsibility to pay. My son is so disgusted with them he just wants to give up and pay everything with his savings. Is there any other path we could take?
