Had a replacement of tie rods and wheel alignment done. My vehicle didnt drive straight, it was still pulling to the left. I called the place at 11:15 and he said it was ready, but I noticed he wrote my phone # down incorrectly thats why I never get a call. I picked up the vehicle on Saturday 5/13/23 around 11:45. He tells me that I have a bad sub frame on my Saturn Outlook. I drive it home and I noticed the steering wheel wasnt straight. Sunday 5/14/23 I went to the gas station and noticed that the suv was pulling hard to the left. I said it wasnt aligned correctly. On monday I called the man at Classic ********* and he told me its because of the bad sub frame. He said its wasn't going to be a correct alignment because of that. He never called me to tell me this but he went on with the wheel alignment. As I picked it up in noticed the tie rods were installed and the tires were still offset. I asked him if he did the alignment and he showed me a sheet with the numbers. On monday around 9:30 am I called to let him know that the suv is still pulling hard to the left. Once again he told me its because of the bad sub frame. I went to another shop and they told me that yes its going to need a new/used sub frame but that right now that shouldnt be a reason for not getting a correct alignment. They advised to go back to the place and talk to the man to see if he will do a second alignment to correct it. The man told me "I was paid to install tie rods and an alignment, and thats what I did!" I told him I wasnt happy with the alignment because it was done correctly, I advised him I went to another business and told him what they had told me. I tried to compromise and said can he just refund me the cost of the alignment or if I take it to another place, will he reimburse me. He said no he did what he was paid to do. I told him that's he is losing a friendship and a client over a bad alignment. I thanked him, told him God bless because u know you are in the wrong. Left.
