    I took my **** Chrysler Town and Country here to install a engine I provided. Wasn't nothing wrong with the engine so that's not the problem he trying to address. The problem was he did a bad install job. My van had an oil leak, the a/c wasn't hooked back up properly, and now the check engine light is on. I have never had a check engine light on, my a/c was working fine, and I didn't have no oil leaks. Then he said I didn't want to pay taxes, I have never gave this man a problem about paying no amount he ever gave me. The lady wrote the receipt out and I paid everything including taxes and I have proof. He just installed the engine and did a rush job period. He never test drive the car or he would've knew the van was leaking oil, I'm not a mechanic and I noticed it instantly. When I got the van the battery was completely dead proving he just parked it out front. Then before I left I noticed the air conditioner wasn't work so I told ***** he told me to bring it back it's a easy fix. If you not responsible why would u tell me to bring the car back? I took it back and we had words cause he started getting smart and aggressive. He supposed to fixed it but didn't because we had words, same big oil leak in the same spot and Air conditioning still wasn't working, plus now the check engine light was on. He gave it back and told me to bring it back again, but I didn't because why would I take my car back twice and he didn't fix it the first time? He did something to make the check engine light come on cause it wasn't on when I was driving it. I have proof of all conversations we had that's why I texted him to keep records. He rushed the job and didn't check his work so he is 100 percent responsible. I didn't take my van to him cause the oil was leaking, or to fix my air conditioning, or for a check engine light. His work caused these things. If he wasn't responsible why did he telle to bring my van back on several occasions? And I have signed affidavits from customers I sent

    I took my car here to have a engine replaced. When I first went here the Owner told me that I should just get the motor rebuit for $1,800 because of a blown head gasket. But I was told by another shop that it would be cheaper to just replace the engine($700). So I Ordered the motor and had it sent to this shop instead because I have done business with ***** for years. ***** called me on May 26, 2023 and said my *** was ready for pickup. I was out of town so I picked it up 06/01/2023 and paid in full $882.00, but when I went out front to start my *** it wouldn't start. So i jumped the battery then noticed that he didn't put my air conditioner to work. I went back to ask him about the A/C unit and he told me to bring it back it's a easy fix. But once I got the car home I noticed my *** was leaking a large amount of oil. So I informed ***** and he told me to bring it back to him. I took it back and days went by so I texted to ask when my *** would be ready and he started getting aggressive and disrespectful. So ***** contacted me again and said my *** was ready for pickup again , so I went there. I asked ***** why the oil was leaking and he couldn't answer, so when I got the *** home again the A/C still didn't work and the car was leaking the same amount of oil from the same spot. I text ***** to inform him that the A/C STILL OUT AND THE *** STILL LEAKING OIL, PLUS NOW THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. ***** said bring it back again , but also got aggressive and disrespectful. My check engine light has never been on and i'm positive he did something out of anger for the light to be on , plus he never even addressed the problems he supposed to fix in the first place. ***** want to act unprofessional and act like a gang banger how he talk towards you(I have text messages to prove this). My next step is taking this to small claims court because customers do not deserve this type of treatment from a business. And trust me I have a lot of evidence to win the case!

       Yes hello this is ***************** owner of MJ auto Repair LLC 

    on this vehicle which i believe that was a Chrysler Town Country 3.8 engine. The customer bought his own Engine I just install it there's no Warranty by me on the engine because i dint buy it my self. if customer got a bad engine from the place he bought it he has to let them know. on his receipt was noted no Warranty on part just labor. I believe on his AC was repaired he paid just for labor $750.00  he didn't want to pay taxes at all.
