This place is not ***************, the are closed. This guy said they would do my brakes this was Friday 8/11/23. He was pulling and knocking changing with a gray crowbar doing my breaks. I walked to look closer and he had ripped the CV Boot to my axel a rubber seal that protects the bearings. He admitted to doing it. He didnt use the grease that came with the pads. He finished and said $80. I asked for the manager and he was not there. Told him I had a credit card, he called the manager there. Told him about the damage and he wanted me to buy it and he would put it on. I said no, so he said he would charge $70.00. I drive off and get three blocks and tried to stop and it sound like it was about to break off. So I drove to see if it would stop but it didnt. He had closed his shop. I called he ignored me. I sent him a BBB screenshot of his business saying is this you and he responded with a text. H*** call me back and didnt. I sat at his shop the next day Saturday at 8:45am to 12 pm. I text him what are your hours he text me M-F 8am- 6.I texted him air in the line and it sounds to loud to drive. Today I arrived at 7:45 am he arrived after 9am. He took a ride with me and the noise had calmed down. He took the passenger side a loose and redid them but not the driver side. Asking about the CV boot he found out that it was a hundred and changed his mind. I have pictures and videos of the sound and damage, even the grease splatter from the damage. I just want my truck back like it was when I pulled up.
