    Beware of this company and do not trust the positive reviews. From beginning to end this was a disaster! They use a third party and don't even inform you of that. The company they used had a guy who didn't speak English and had to communicate using translation on his phone. He was also inexperienced and asked for help loading the car from my 65 year old mother during pick up. If it wasn't for my mother noticing that he loaded the car wrong, who knows what damage there would've been and then he asked for her help to fix it, putting her in danger. Further, when the car arrived the driver expected COD which was not told to us. We were told we could use the payment method on file. The third party was very unprofessional and impatient and Nexus was no help during this process. They made a scene at 9pm at night in my quiet neighborhood during drop off. My husband finally figured out that we could pay using Cash app. NIGHTMARE! NEVER AGAIN! USE ANOTHER COMPANY!

    We had received several quotes from other top transport companies ******* being one but, after receiving a quote and calling them the quote jumped up an additional $ 300. Nexus honored their quote and picked up my vehicle on the day they said would and delivered it right to my house on the day promised. Give Nexus a try you wont be disappointed

    I used this company to transport my car from *** to LA. The agent I spoke with guaranteed delivery on a date certain providing a 4 day window for pick-up to ensure delivery on that day. The company blew off the 4 day window and picked up the car late in the morning of the 5th day. The company did not deliver the car on the date promised but told me the car would come the day after... its the day after and I have been told that it will be tomorrow (I start a new job tomorrow so am not available for delivery and need the car). When I asked for a status from the driver - I was told that they cannot get in touch with the driver, dispatcher or the company transporting the car which inspires tons of confidence. I chose this company and paid a premium to avoid stress regarding relocation. BIG MISTAKE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    We used Nexus to transport our sons car from ******** to ******** snd back again for the summer. Communication was great both times and drivers were careful with loading and unloading the car. Payment and deposit were easy and dispatchers were always in communication with me about the delivery of the car. Would sure use again.

    We contracted with Nexus to ship a car from *******, ** to ********, **. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and professional. The price quoted was the price charged. The car was delivered on time. We would not hesitate to use Nexus again should we need to ship another vehicle, and we would highly recommend them to anyone interested in transporting a vehicle.

    Never use this company if you love your car. I am extremely disappointed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone. I have a brand new 2024 ***** CRV. Just received with full of scratches.

    I called them July 21st.. Needed my car delivered to me from **********,** to *********,Tn..They said they will pick up my car the next day between 3-4pm and did exactly that.. After that they said they will drop off my car by 8am July 23rd and did exactly that.. Emailed me detailed pick and communicated with me during and after pickup/drop off.. I didnt have to call them at all about anything.. I never leave reviews. This is my first review ever. I felt it was important because I realized how easy it is to get scammed and how hard it is to find a legit provider in this car transport search Trust this company. They are great! Hassle free. Great communication.. very friendly..

    I called Nuxus Auto Transport on a Monday to have a golf cart transported from ************* to ************* and had my cart by WEDNESDAY. The transporter was so professional and everything was great with my golf cart. Id definitely recommend using them again!

    Amazing. Thats just really what I can say. The driver was absolutely amazing. I could message at any time of day or night and he responded immediately. My truck got towed NM to ** and within 2 days super fast!!

    The price was competitive with others I had received. They picked up on day 2 of the pick up window which was great. Shipping was fast and they delivered from ******* to ********** in only 4 days. My car was in perfect shape! I highly recommend Nexus Auto Transport to anyone wanting a safe and dependable auto transport.
