5 starsI'm very impressed with the high standards of the tub's construction and to the attention to crating prior to shipping. The sales **** ***** was very helpful as was *****, the technician who provided a live viewing of my tub during in-house testing prior to shipping. ***** also provided a video to help me reattach the front acrylic tub apron prior to my ******'s surprising how much force the hydro jets can provide. Fortunately there is a tempering dial provided.I wouldn't hesitate to give two thumbs up to ****** Bubbles team and products.Review fromMichael P

5 starsThe tub is phenomenal! Everything works as described, excellent quality! The installer did find a hose missing during installation. But, when I called customer service, I was connected with someone who knew the tub well and quickly identified the hose we needed. They shipped the part out overnight and we received it the following morning. They even provided pictures and instructions on how to install the hose. 5 starsI have been using my tub for four days since it was installed. Very impressed with the hydro and air jets. I have the Monaco and it takes about ten minutes to fill. Hooked up the two drains separately to the main line and it drains in one minute. The heated seat helps with the fill time. I had heard of complaints from owners of other tubs taking so long to drain. Ellas has made a great tub! They are way above their competitors in quality and affordability.Review fromGary R

5 starsMy wife needed a walk-in tub because of difficultly getting out of the large garden soaking tub. Initially we were going to get a Safe Step but started comparing features and prices. We purchased the Ultimate with every option. ****** was $14000 less than the same equipped ***** Step installed. Purchase was easy thru ****** website and had great communications. They suggested a local installer. A beautiful job was completed. Stone was used from previous tub surround to make back shelf and backsplash. I couldn't be happier.
