I wish I could give no stars. I have had two dealings with this company. My 80 year old mother, who has early stages of dementia, has received the mailers from all of the home and auto warranties sent to her, and because of the way they are worded has been conned into signing up for everyone one of them. When I was became aware of it she had over 15 various auto and home warranties. The first time I called MEPCO the girl was very helpful and said she was able to stop payment on all but one of the accounts I believe. She also gave me the names. account numbers, and the phone numbers of all of the various providers I had to call to cancel. Today I had to call because unfortunately the mailings keep coming and my mom keeps forgetting they are scams. So now she has 4 more accounts. Well actually one new and three still that were supposably canceled. When I asked for the account information this time the girl told me she was unfortunately unable to provide me with those, even when I told her I have a power of attorney. This company should be ashamed of how the rip people off and provide no assistance. I hope they are put out of business and hope others are not scammed by the people they represent.Mepco

This is the worst customer ********************** experience Ive ever had. I got pressured into a policy with them, now I am looking to cancel and they are making the process very difficult. The customer ********************** representative I spoke to was very rude and condescending! He would not stop talking about how, You would not know what to do if your car broke down tomorrow. This business pretends to be required by mortgage companies. They positively hound you. They take money out of your account multiple times a month till there is no more to take. They pretend the policy is a renewal. With their first scare tactic letter, file a complaint with your local sheriff or police department. Have them write a cease and desist letter to the company.Change all your bank accounts. DO NO BUSINESS WITH THEM.Mepco

I wish I could use a piece of dog s*** in place of 1 star. Im ashamed I let this worthless company scam me. But I absolutely got scammed and theyll pull out ever trick in the book to make you believe they are there to help. Ive attempted three times already to cancel and the only time Ive actually made contact with a person, she argued with me for 15 minutes. So if you like having your day ruined and paying money for no reason, then these are the idiots for you.Mepco

I have been speaking with people at this company for 4 days trying to get the Home Warranty cancelled. Each person I speak with tells me something else. One tried to tell me I NEED this warranty because my plumbing and electrical had not been updated since the house was built and people in my neighborhood are having problems so I need it or face a $10,000 bill. I was transferred to a supervisor who said he cant help me. He said a specialist will call. No one called. I called yet again and they still wont cancel it. Each person telling me they cant help me. I too have been hung up on several times. Probably because Im pushing to cancel and they wont do it. The number I call says for Customer **********************. I would have left no star I have a 2017 dodge grand caravan that I took to my local shop it took them two months to deny my claim even after the part is in the covered list. they even lied to the Machanic and said yeah we told them when they never once called or emailed me to tell me they denied my claim due to the age and miles on my van they even said its normal wear and tear. This is why I will never use them again car shield was a lot better than these guys are they need to be shut down. They wont even refund my money back they said sue us.Mepco

This company is a scam! And I'm upset that I even allowed myself to be fooled. I have been calling and calling to get this policy canceled and each and every time I called to speak with someone, I got told that an email would be sent to me for cancelation after 20mins (which don't make sense) and then when I did call back to verify that I never received the email, I got hung up on numerous times!Mepco

1 star****** a extended warranty on my 2013 **** s6 , January 2024 was told it was for 5 years and unlimited mileage . I get a letter in the mail today telling me i no longer have a service warranty.Never once did they say in a year I will not have any coverage on this date or your coverage is running out on this date. Called them and they basically told me I am chit out of luck be we will give you a warranty on your other car. Why would I need it my other car is a 2025 ****. They need to learn how to disclose full information when people spend money with them, They seem more like a scam operation now that I see how they really do business .
