    I ordered a quinceaera dress and the merchandise package along with the dress and paid in full a few months ago. Now that it is time to pick up the dress its the same color but a different style. They do not want to refund me the money or give me the dress we ordered even though the style and brand is on the receipt.

    To whom it may concern:

    I'm writing in regards to a complaint against my business Estelas Bridal.

    A custom quinceanera package was ordered by the complaint's ex-husband.

    At time of first fitting the complaint wasn't present to look at the dress during the alterations process. She based this complaint on pictures taken during previous fitting.
    She called requesting a refund. Our policy states no refund on custom made dresses.
    She threatened to *** us then the very next day the actual paying customer (ex husband and daughter) came into the store to excuse his ex wife and continue with the dress/package. We settled the misunderstanding they had. Then a few days passed and we received the letter. 
    We gladly gave them their merchandise on time for the party 
    They were embarrassed and apologized for the complaint they had no control over. The dress came out beautifully and they were satisfied with their order.
