Verizon Claim 2025 During April of 2024 my family worked with the Verizon store located ***************************************************************************************************, to trade in our 4 old iPhone 13 devices (3 Standard and 1 Pro) in exchange for 4 new iPhone 15 devices (3 Standard and 1 Pro). The cost of all 4 devices was ************ were promised we would not pay for the 3 Standard devices and would pay only $4.72 per month for the Pro ***************************** has since been adding a $96.92 monthly equipment charge to our bill each month, to be applied over a 3 year period. To offset this charge in accordance with out trade-in agreement, we should have been credited $92.20 each month to only pay $4.72 per month for 3 years. However, Verizon has not applied any credit whatsoever for the Pro device; and has only applied sporadic partial credits for the other 3 devices. After spending several hours reviewing complex bills over the last 11 months, I have determined that we have overpaid Verizon $461.66 to date; and continue to do so, as Verizon has not sufficiently resolved the issue and we continue to be overcharged for our devices. Our attempts to resolve the above have been unsuccessful. We have spent countless hours on hold and speaking with customer service representatives, who do not sufficiently address the problem. They do not allow us to speak with supervisors and claim that someone will call us back in a few days, which never actually happens. Please see the attached documents for specific details of our attempts to resolve this directly with Verizon.Initial Complaint

We were advised to go to a business account as it would save money on our monthly bill. We did this, all the plans / phone info did not transfer over. I have spoken to the local *** and she has attempted to fix the issue as my bill is "through the roof". This has been going on for the past few months and as of today nothing has changed. I called Verizon and got to a person in ***** or wherever they are, that person told me that it would take up to 90 days to correct and I told them that I wasn't willing to wait for 90 days. They told me that is all they could do. I called back and got another foreign person who could not speak English or understand me. I asked to speak to a US based *** and was transferred to ****************** They then transferred back to the foreign people. I asked for a call back from a US Based *** and was told that was not possible. I was on the phone trying to get the issues resolved for at least two hours just in the past few days. The whole point of switching was to save money, this has not happened. Verizon has failed to provide what has been promised. I want my account fixed and the savings I was promised applied.Initial Complaint

Verizon Business has been unable to complete orders for call forwarding. Original order was placed on 1-14-2025, Received voice mail on my cell phone that said the order went through. New phones were installed on 1-16-2025 and Verizon did not complete the order VA12118932049. Placed a new order on 1-16-2025 order VA12120456046 and was told it would be done before the end of business on 1-16-2025 in they had to remove my business voicemail to complete the order. 1-17-2025 my business has no phone this morning or voicemail which is a terrrible hardship. Can BBB get Verizon to get this worked out? I am desperate. ************ forwarded to ************.Initial Complaint

I recently went to the local store twice to try to get an explanation of payments from my account; I was told only Verizon business could handle it. I asked the local store to at least pull up my account because I couldnt figure out why it has been so expensive since each time I added a phone line; I was told a much different amount. I have the original emails from business account manager named ******* ****** that set me up with everything. He left a while back and since then I cannot get any response from Verizon business. When the local Verizon representative looked over my account, he shared that was I had in my email was not what I was being charged. Additionally I went into the local store this past spring to add on another phone line and had been way overcharged for it too. The local *** said he fixed everything from 2022, including the mistake from spring ***************************************************************************** fix the over charges. I have called 3 times and been on hold for long periods of time; Ive been told I would receive a call back. Nothing. The last 2 calls disconnected me and didnt call me back. I even asked the last *** to please call me back if we get disconnected because I have waited for a long time each time. Its as if they didnt want to bother with me. I am extremely disappointed with Verizon. I have been overcharged for 2 years. (I have all original emails and excel graph that my business manager showed what my charges would be) if I signed new contracts for phones; falsely represented. I also have no way to know if they have corrected my account now. I am so glad I didnt switch my local business over to Verizon for internet too. I would be in a huge mess. 1. I need my refund for all the overcharges 2. I need a contact person because I will be stuck in a contract with them for another year on 4 phones and another 2.5 years on a third line. Verizon used to have great service. It has become a great disappointment.Initial Complaint
