    When I signed my son up for JMHS/********* I was told that he could work at his own pace & work on different subjects at the same time. I was very specific when asking. I was assured that he could work on more than one subject at a time. I signed the agreement & paid my first payment. He had to go through their Intro 1 & 2. I figured after that; more courses could be opened. He sent through several requests, it never happened. He would have tech issues happening from their end & a month went by without it being resolved. I called in before the 23rd of December & was informed that for me to cancel I would have to pay $99.90. She also told me that a ticket was never received but confirmed from her end what my son was saying about a technical issue & said that would be taken care of within a few days. We got cut off because I was traveling. My son tried for over a week to work on that course, mind you, he can't do anything else while waiting because they only allow 1 course to be open at a time. They had Health 1 & Health 2 opened but you have to finish one before going on to the next because I assume they build off of each other. Finally, 2 weeks had passed, I called back in, it was fixed. The lady was short with me. I said "He just tried last night.". Her reply, "It was fixed this morning." I asked again how much it would be to cancel, I had now made a pmt of ****** which was for Dec, which was late because I wasn't paying for tech issue, and the rest was for ******** I was informed that I owe $99.90, I asked how that was possible and what the breakdown was and she hung-up on me. I called back & a second representative today told me she had no idea what it would be, that it is up to the Cancelation Team, I had to send a cancellation request to them. I sent requests back and forth since Jan. 17th. Today, it was miraculously cancelled by one of their ***** ****** who informed me this is an ongoing issue. But wouldn't credit me for the sales team lying to me.

    I started their online classes on Oct. 12th, 2020. Paid the first few months then my laptop crashed. I messaged the coordinator explaining the situation and got a reply back stating that I could pause my account. So I thought I had. Later went to log on and found I had almost 2000$ in late fees. A few days later they completely erased my account with no explanation or refund. This school is not a school, unless ur a scam artist
