Bought a coleman oasis 13x13 canopy end of may. The entire canopy is tearing apart. When i contacted the company, to get a replacement. I was told they dont replace them. When i said that there website shows replacement canopy but out of stock. I again was told no replacement. To purchase a new set. I told them i should not have to buy a new entire set or canopy replacent, that i have only had this 3 months and its falling apart. The canopy is suppose to be uv resistant, and withstand high winds( normal 17 mile per hour winds) should not do this. They will not honor there product. I have had to duck tape the tare's. On 05/23/24 I purchased a lantern as a gift but once the batteries are put in, the lantern turns on and won't turn off unless you remove them. Ive tried to contact the company 5 times, filed two warranty claims and sent three emails and have not heard a word from ANYONE. This is HORRIBLE business practice and I would like a refund and to return this lamp.Initial Complaint

I purchased the Coleman tail ***** xl grill thinking it would be great. Turned out to be the worst grill ever purchased. We have half a garage of Coleman products as we are outdoor enthusiasts. I contacted Coleman almost two weeks ago about returning it as I dont have the receipt to return it to a store. The customer service is taking forever. I have the box and its ready to go. I uploaded all the pictures to Coleman. Now its just in *****. Please take this back, or set up a return for me. I will buy another Coleman product. This grill is made for hot dogs. We are travel nurses in a RV with kids. This does not work. Our fault for not keeping the receipt but honestly this grill does not meet our expectations at all for what Coleman puts out.Initial Complaint

I bought a coleman 22 inch inflatable mattress and it would not stay inflated. I called the company the guy said ok since we don't have any in stocks anymore we will send you a refund. All you have to do is send us a picture of the receipt and bed and we will issue a refund within 4 weeks. I waited and got nothing I called back and another guy said oh yea I see the email I see the pictures. It has not even been processed yet I'll get it started now. I asked for a manager and as I was waiting I don't know what the guy was doing but 15 minutes later he came back on the phone and said oh sorry I did some research and found out the bed might have our name on it but we didn't manufacture it. So we can't help you. He hung up on me. After waiting a month I get told you get nothing. So I was lied to and mislead. I don't appreciate it. If they didn't make it then they could have told me that a MONTH ago when I gave them the model number and proof of what I had. Now I get the run around.Initial Complaint

Ordered a coleman 6 person skydome tent for $170 and an air mattress that was advertised as a bonus deal when checking out for only $30 so we opted in for the deal. This was on 8/21/2023. After one day no confirmation email was received, and although I signed up for text alerts, no texts either. I made 2 inquiries through their contact us form. In 3 days no answer. So today 8/24/2023 I spoke with 2 customer service reps and was told my order number didn't exist. Even though I had copied and pasted it from THEIR confirmation page after purchase. Then was told there was no order under my email but as I saw from the confirmation page it was entered CORRECTLY. They both said they had to contact the warehouse and would email (one *** shed call)with results, but nothing yet and based off other reviews I doubt I will. Got in touch with another represtative through ******** who spewed the same trash. When I asked all 3 why they couldn't look up the order with the name, phone number, shipping address or payment method (as they charged me immediately!) All 3 repressentatives ceased responding. At this point I just want a refund as I only have 2 weeks for the items to get here and I don't want to wait til last minute to get screwed over.Initial Complaint

Hi I bought an air mattress (aerobed) at ****** and I used twice and apparently is punched ... It has been only used on carpet, try to look the punched location could not find it.. this seems to be a defective mattress..I am attaching some photo of the serial number and model..I really need a replacement or my money back ThanksInitial Complaint

A Go-Cart was purchased by me at Wal-Mart on May 21st, 2022. The Go-Cart is a Coleman. We took it home and the children were able to ride the go-cart a couple times but the go-cart was hard to start and died frequently during the rides. I contacted Coleman because it was under warranty. Coleman sent me to their service provider that is located in *********, **. The name of the service provider is ******************. The owner took the go-cart into his possession and told me that it would be a three week turn around. After three weeks, I had not heard from the service provider. I called him. For the first two months, he told me that he didn't have enough employees and no parts to repair the go-cart. After that, he was avoiding calling me back. So, I started calling Coleman. Coleman said tried to talk to the provider and was getting the same answers I was. In October, the service provider admitted that the go-cart had been stolen from his shop. I called Coleman on a weekly basis for weekly updates. They admitted that this was their responsibility and said that they would replace the go-cart or send a refund check. Now, the person that I have been talking to with Coleman (*****) will not return my calls. They have essentially stolen our go-cart and no one is actually taking accountability and returning what is ours. In addition to the go-cart being gone, I had to drive a bit of a distance to take the go-cart for service, I have spent many hours on the phone trying to get what is mine back and this has gone too far. We have been without our property for over six months now. We have submitted a report to the police concerning the service provider due to the theft though I doubt they will be able to do much since the service provider concealed the theft for so long. We will continue to communicate with law enforcement but we are now without our property with no one taking responsibility. We would like Coleman to do what is right and restore us. I purchased luggage on 8/12/2016 with a 15 year Coleman warrantee. A zipper broke on it so I filed claim on 10/8/2022. They assigned a case #******** to it and asked me to contact their supplier, Olivet, directly, which I did. I received no response from Olivet so notified Coleman. They assigned a new case #******** to it, but nothing has yet been resolved. I want the full purchase price refunded that I paid for the luggage of $52.00. Used product Twice. The zipper blew out in two places. I reached out to Coleman for #Warranty and after several email correspondences and I did everything they requested they informed me they would not warrantee it and offered me 20% off For my next purchase.Initial Complaint

I purchased the Coleman F5 on February 28th of this year. When I received the motor I gave it a quick once over and placed it right back in the box where it sat until June 8th. On June 8th I set the motor on my new dinghy, filled the crankcase oil and fuel as instructed, then proceeded to launch the little boat at my ******** boat ramp. I only made it as far as the end of pier 1 (200ft) when the motor died, I instantly noticed it was out of fuel. I then noticed the crack in the fuel tank and the fuel dripping all over the inside of the cowling. I paddled the boat back to the ramp, pulled it out of the water and brought it back to my storage building. I then sent an email to the company who I had originally purchased the motor from and explained the situation. They immediately referred me to Colemans 1 800 number. On July 4th, I noticed that there was gear oil leaking from the lower unit of the motor. There was a nice little puddle of oil on the concrete directly under the outboard and gear oil dripping down the skeg of the motor. It appears to be coming from a small weep hole on the lower unit (I could be wrong). Anyway, I'd like to get these issues resolved or have my money refunded and the motor taken away.Ive contacted the warranty department several times with no response.
