      Company promised coupons. Too late for coupons shipping out next week. I am in Air Force will be gone 6 to 8 months. I don't want candy coupons. Coupons promised never showed up. Issue was in December. Called company. Refuse to assist in helping me get a refund as I don't want coupons at this point I think that's only fair since I have been a good customer please help me get my $25 refunded for the candy I purchased which was not edible and stale.

      *************************** I don't have a case number if I had a case number I would have given it to the Better Business Bureau and this ugly situation wouldn't have come this far. Please just send me the coupons you were supposed to send me for the rancid candy so we can move on I have been a fan of the candy for years. Please comply with what you said you were going to do for me thank you

      Your experience concerns us, we work hard to produce top quality products.  We carefully monitor the production of our confections throughout the entire process.  Our goal is to ensure that each and every batch of our products meets our high standards for quality and consistency. I have attempted to reach you by the phone number provided several times however the call is not going through. Is there a different number that you can be reached so that we can gather more information to address your issue? Also, can you please provide an address other than a PO Box as we are unable ship coupons to PO Box locations.

      I am rejecting this response because: my phone number is ************* my PO Box is standard I do not get mail in my country box. PO box **** ***** you have the address from the Better Business Bureau. I will accept the coupons and move on. I have thrown the candy which was inedible away I actually bought more candy over Easter from your company and companies. So just send me my coupons please so we can move on and the coupons will replace what I had to throw away. Thank you

      I am rejecting this response because: I will accept the two coupons to cover more gummy bears. I buy them especially for my little ones because they are natural. I purchased two bags of black forest gummy bears 28 Oz they were Rancid. I purchased them from ********************* **********. Coupons that will work for me
