            I received a flyer for a free deep fryer after earning 100 points on my card on February 19th, 2024. I drove the 45 miles to the casino. I played around $50, then went to stand in line for the Kiosk to see how many points I had. It showed I needed 73 more points. I played another $100, stood in line for the kiosk again, and it showed I still needed 18 points. I played $50 more and stood in line again for the kiosk and the icon for the free gift was not there. I stood in line again for the rewards counter and asked about this and was informed that they had many customers with the same problem. She took down my players number and said I would be contacted. No one has reached out to me yet. I have called them, emailed them, and left messages and still no communication from them. I feel like they are ripping people off by promising gifts and not coming through. There were many gifts left and they could have looked at the flyer and how many points I played that day and still given the promised gift. They also charge $25 to park for the 1st few hours of visiting. Stay away.
