I bought cbd products to see if they could help with aches and pains of getting old. They did not. I contacted the business to see if I could send the products back not realizing it was a subscription. I paid for what I used and when I called they told me I could return unopened products for a refund. I returned the products which were received on 6/25/2024. I have called 6 to 8 times begging for a refund that was promised. They say the same thing every time, that a supervisor will call me, and it will be resolved in ***** hours. It NEVER happens. They try saying they have called and left several voicemails which is factually IMPOSSIBLE because the voicemail on the phone they are calling isnt and has NEVER been set up. This is now going on for 2 months and everytime I or my son call they say the same thing. They say whatever they need to say, they factually lie to get me off the phone, promise to give me a refund, and they dont call and wont give me the refund! What makes it even worse they let me and encouraged me to send the product back, so now Im out $89.94and $48.95 And I dont even have the product! Its like Ive been robbed twice. I am a 74 year old senior citizen on a fixed income and every dollar counts. I REALLY need help. Even if I never get my money back. I want to make sure they dont get away with this or do this to ANYBODY else! PLEASE HELP! The phone number for customer service is ***********. The return was for 2 gummies $89.95 order number 5ab0822d76 and 1 oil $49.95 order number 9b2b368e76. The return number was c126032b3726. It was returned to Attn returns *****************************************************. The tracking number showing it was received is 1z2605120355376427 sent on June 17 2024 and received June 25 2024. I am on an auto delivery program that they refuse to cancel. I sent an email to support - *********************************** on 03/19/2024 asking them to cancel. They responded the same day with an offer of a discount. I responded saying no thank you I am no longer using the product, please cancel. I was charged $69.99 on 03/20/2024 for the next shipment. Placed an order on 10/02/23 to this day have never gotten the product. Called on 10/09/23 for refund ( was charged for 2 products that I didn't order was refunded for those) but couldn't refund the ****** until I sent back the product. Asked how can I send it back if I don't get it. **** calling finally on 12/27 they agreed to refund the money and would credit my bank account. Never happened. Called again on 1/08/24 and was told it didn't go thru so would send me an electronic check-- never happened--Called again on 1/26 and asked for a paper check never received it.Called back on 2/15 and said they would send another check never happened. Purchase of a package costing *****, and got charged for 2 other amounts included for I don't even know what.Haven't received any e mail or receipt,I called them and they made no attempt to resolve only that I had 2 options a 35% return of the order or 50% amount return of the whole amount.Whivh is ridiculous.Please help because bills are arriving and my money is pending,my bank says I can make a dispute after a week.Business Response

Oct 14, 2023. I looked through Yuppie website to purchase qty 1. Their means of purchasing is difficult. I couldn't make a purchase of qty 1 (website tried to get me to purchase qty 5), so I left the website. Qty 5 showed up at my house, $198 of which I never purchased. My credit card was charged. I called and Yuppie customer service gave my a return authorization number. I shipped back at my cost of $29.49. Weeks later I had not received credit. I called again. they said I had to prove that I returned them. I finally got the proof of delivery from ***** Called them back and they said they would provide a refund. It is now, January 2024. Waited another month and Yuppie customer service said they issued my refund and it was declined. I checked with my bank and they stated that they NEVER decline a refund. Called customer service again in February. they stated that I should receive refund in 5 days. It has been over a week. Please beware of this company.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:They told me that my card declined their refund attempt. I called my bank and they stated that refunds are NEVER declined. My card is active and has always been active. I told Yuppie this also.
They have my shipping address. Their message that they are happy to send me a check is another attempt to let this expire without refunding me. If they are serious about a refund check:

On October 27, 2023, I returned product to Yuppie asking them for a refund. I had not opened any of the packages of product I received, as I placed the order by mistake and did not want it. I called to cancel the shipment but they would not cancel it. They told me when I received it I could send it back, unopened , and I would receive my money back. I sent the product back by **** registered mail. I received my registered card stating the package had been delivered back to Yuppie. I contacted them over the phone and asked them to process my refund. They told me the package had not been received at their address and they would not refund my money. I told them I had sent it certified mail and I had the card that told me it had been delivered. I asked to speak to a manager 3 times to resolve this. They put me into a voicemail and I left a message. I did not receive a call back and after two days I called again. The representative I spoke to said the package had not been received. I placed and received an order for Yuppie CBD gummies #***** on 11/22/23 for $149.91. I did not request 60 day auto ship dates, however I keep getting 90 days worth of product every 60 days. A second shipment for $149.91 arrived on 12/10/23. I called the company 12/11/23 and was given an RMA # for the 2nd shipment and was assured that "no further billing or product shipment would occur, my 'subscription ' would be cancelled, and I would be credited on my CC". Not so as there has been no credit although the product was received back in CA 12/15/23. Another charge occurred to my credit card 2/10/2024. *********** CC has begun a dispute and temporarily refunded the charge from 12/10/23. The charge on 2/10/24 is still pending, so I must call back on 2/11/24 to do another dispute. After many calls to 2 different numbers listed on the Contact Info on the website, I finally received an odd callback from an apparent spoof number that went right to voicemail (although I have my unknown number block turned off) but will not go through on return. So, back to the #'s ************ or ************ and their on hold loop. There is a note on the *** info line of their website that says you can stop the auto subscription by calling or logging into "my account", but there is no way to do so. I'm waiting for a resolution from my credit card company. However CO law states that the client must cancel an automatic subscription. It is impossible to do so when there is no way to find or access my account. I received a shipment from Yuppie that I did not request and was charged $139.09. I contacted them and was told to return the shipment and they would issue a refund. I returned the shipment and they acknowledged receipt of it. This was in November 2023. I have called them repeatedly regarding the refund and they just keep telling me the refund will be issued in 24 to 48 hours. Needless to say it is February 2024 and no refund! I will probably never receive it as this is a not a *************** standing!!! I would love to receive my refund as I need the money. I will tell as many people as possible to NEVER order from Yuppie! I cannot believe they are allowed to do business in this fashion and not care about their customers.Business Response
