The Law Firm of Richard **** has called me repeatedly to try to collect a debt owed to Paychex by my previous employer, FirsTime Manufactory, **** I have told them every time that I am no longer employed by FirsTime, that I was never an executive/director and therefor am not personally liable for the debt, and gave them the correct contact to reach out to, but they continue to call me weekly.Business response

They are a debt collector, I mailed a check to pay in full, which they cashed, but they continue to call me. When you call their office you cannot speak with anyone, I left a voicemail but a live person doesn't call you back.Business response

This company has been calling non stop. My phone recognizes it as a scam likely number, so it obviously has been reported as a scam. I have been left 2 voicemails by a *******. I have attempted to reach back out to her twice and the phone rang until it automatically said "sorry, we're unable to help you today" and hung up or something along those lines. I am requesting that I no longer be contacted by Richard **** Associates or any of their employees. It doesn't seem that this matter is important enough to leave a correct or operating phone number, so I wish to cease contact per the *****Business response

We are unable to locate the file in our system with the information provided. The phone number listed does not appear to be in our system any longer. We typically are attempting to reach a business and not a corporation. If the customer is able to provide more info we can confirm the phone numbers are removed from our system. They claim to be a law firm but I think there not. They send auto messages all the time but never a person to talk to. When you call back you just get a auto machine. I want these calls ceased .Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I do not have anything with ****************** never have.This company is just using fake information to harass people. They should be required to have a way to speak to your company instead of just robo calls.
I would like to see proof that my business has anything with ****************** otherwise you are just lieing and harassing.

This business has been leaving me a generic automatic message at least once a week for several months, claiming my "business" has a claim with them. I owe no money to anyone and am convinced (particularly because my business has never been named and neither has the claim) this is a scam. Please stop calling me.Business response

We have been attempting to contact Rivershore Aquariums regarding our client TForce Freight LTL. In regards to a small balance due. Per the customers request we will not contact them again regarding this balance however that does not mean it is not owed. The file will be closed in our office.Customer response

Attorney Richard **** has sent letter of collection and are calling me on behalf of OC real estate consultants a company that closed one year ago saying there is a balance with Paychek our old payroll service I have confirmed with Paychek there is no outstanding debt or balance this is a scam trying to collect money when there is no debtBusiness response

We have confirmed with our client Paychex that they show an outstanding balance of $439.43 due and that they have no notes indicating that anyone at Paychex advised the customer that there wasn't a balance due. We have also now closed our file in our office.Initial Complaint
