On July 28, 2021, CNA Provided a notice of unclaimed property (uncashed checks) for my father (deceased 2017) and notified that this property would be reported to the state of ** if no response was received. I received this notification letter, forwarded via my attorney from the new residents at my parents former home in September 2021 and provided a response to CNA with information and documentation indicating my status as executor of my father's estate (attached). Following this I contacted CNA by email and phone to confirm receipt of this information and on 08September was told by CNA the checks would be reissued within 60 to 90 days. When there was no further follow-up I continued to contact them but each time was told either that this would be taken care of within a week or just put on hold and/or repeatedly transferred. I then asked my attorney to assist in this matter and they provided CNA with additional documentation as requested (see attachment) but still not action from CNA and now they will not respond to me or my attorney. Seeking resolution of this issue so I can settle and close out my father's estate after 5 years. Thank you.

I filed a claim with my business insurance for Loss of Income which is covered under my policy, due to vandalism and multiple break-ins resulting in the need to close the doors and relocate to protect myself and my irreplaceable goods, and after several weeks of non-communication, CNA denied my claim. Through my agent, I've asked them to reconsider, and again we are in a period of silence, inaction, and non-communication.

I have submitted claim paperwork several times and this company keeps asking me to submit it. They keep losing my paperwork. I sent it again this evening. I have kept every fax receipt I have ever gotten from faxing them. I need them to file the paperwork, and keep track of it also please. In addition, they are asking for invoices exceeding the qualifying coverage period for this client. To send those invoices, I need this company to provide me the reason they need invoices outside of the coverage period- otherwise sending it would be a violation of HIPAA.

This company insures a construction company (Leskie Construction) that was hired by the ************** to preform work that caused major damage to my property from around November 2019 to roughly August of 2021. I issued a complaint to the **************. The day following the City Inspectors investigation the contractor knocked over my brick mailbox and claimed it was an accident. *********************** employees continued to harass me and damage my property. The City inspector concluded that indeed the contractor was responsible for the damage and gave me contacts for their insurance company (CNA). I filed a claim and was given a link to submit the evidence of damage and was told to keep invoices of any repairs to be made. I *********************** has never once returned my call. The original adjuster I was working with at CNA was very professional and apologetic. She assured me that they would work hard to resolve the issues. She quit or was terminated suddenly. I got an email expaining she was no longer with CNA, but gave 5 emails for CNA employees that could help with my claim.I sent multiple emails to each with no response. I CC the *** on one email and received a call the next AM. I once again was told they would take care it. 3 more months later and they no longer respond to my calls or emails. It has fired from my job because I was continually late or absent due to meeting meeting with contractors, getting estimates, running home to shut water off etc. My doctor put me on anti anxiety and anti depression medication during this time because of the stress this is causing. I submitted hundreds of photos and video evidence that showed the damage. One video even shows workers driving all the way into my yard while I was at work to fill the bucket of a massive heavy machine loader with my water off my homes outdoor faucet. My water **** quadrupled for several months due to the theft from the contractor and the leaks they caused in the brand new irrigation system.

My 82 year old mother has been an insured of CNA Long Term Health for over 30 years. She has recently required long term health assistance through the benefits offered by CNA. CNA recently denied coverage for long term care. An appeal was filed with information supplied by my mother's doctor stating the care is necessary. CNA has not/will not respond to the claim even though our "waiting period" has well exceeded the time period CNA stated it would take. My mother continues to pay her premiums and is paying for care out of pocket. We need an answer/determination from CNA. At 82, she is definitely not going to miraculously "get better."
