    Not a Good Morning, I spoke with a customer care representative name ***** whose a very pleasant person on 5/14/24 . What I got this morning was a RUDE, LOUD,RACIST, JERK that HATES BLACK WOMEN!!!!!! I had to put this JERK off my porch while he was still TALKING TRASH!!!!!! I'm glad I have RING DOORBELL to show our neighborhood that this company is letting this MAD WILD DOG.....interact with potential customers.

    First of all this customer ************** was rude from the start. I came to her house to just quote an estimate. She was using all sorts of profanity when I asked her what she needed and she said one thing then as I am measuring, she started screaming for no reason. I never went into her house; we were on the porch and she kicked me off her porch and was insulting me as she was kicking me off the porch. I have no contract with this customer. I took her abuse and it's obvious she is the one a racist. I have been serving the ************************** over 25 years and I love them. Please remove this bogus review i did no business with this customer.

    Cool Construction business did the work and it was passable and messy but in the process destroyed my front lawn. Left the **** all over my property and the crew did not clean up behind themselves. The Tuck pointing work was done on a 2 flat brick building was not worth the price paid. I am not a satisfied customer. I feel like I was taken advantage of. When I requested the crew clean up their mess I was told someone would come out and I'm still waiting. This company will not get anymore business from me. Work was started June 14th & completed June 21st.

    *************************,I feel like you are contradicting yourself. You informed me you were very happy & please with the work we were doing. This tuckpointing ************* job are a bit messy. You as a customer I'm sure you know that. We did a great job on your property. Our workers worked they tails off in the *************** to get this done. This job was definitely done in a timely manner. You approched our workers to perform some work fore you on the side and that wasn't nice or fair. You were very nervous from the beginning and we made you feel comfortable to trust that we will do a great job. Now you making a bold statement citing this work was not worth the price!!! Im sure you had other estimates and if the price was a problem why would you hire us. Your property needed a ton of work done in order to correct all your issues. Working in the scorching heat for an entire week and now after the work is finish you make a statement like that. Every time you called Mr. ***** no matter the time he was at your **** & call. I am totally disappointed in this review because you not being fair. If the clean up hasn't been completed yet then why havent you reported that to the office instead of writing a horrible review. You told me you were satisfied with the workers. We had 6-7 guys at your property for an entire week in the heat. We honor our customers, we don't take advantage of any of our customers that's an huge insult. What I am getting from this is you are upset because your grass has residue on it from the work. There is noway around that when you doing this type of work. The work itself was done in a professional manner plus the correct way. You giving us a bad review not because of the work performed but because of your grass that could easily be corrected.
