      After weeks of trying, business will not provide an offical payoff letter. Leading to to being able to refinance my home. I have filed ticket after ticket to request a payoff letter and continue to be told its being escalated with no payoff letter.Company financed air conditioner as a morgage! At 24.5% finance charges but will not allow me to pay off loan! This seems so illegal! I've spent hours weekly on the phone and have been getting nowhere! I'm being scammed!

      We have had minor issues with Castle. If your due date fell on a weekend or holiday, their payment systems had issues and you couldn't pay, you had to set up for the next 2nd business day, not the first and caused you to be late.. Now I have an even bigger issue. Account opened in 2022 and I am closing on the sale of my house and Castle attached a lien for the loan which was for an AC unit. Regular loan with an interest rate, No issues with that. Last week, I provided all the information to the title company to pay it off. I get an email on 6/28/24 that the loan has a new servicer. I am even ok with that but when I set up the account, it shows it is a solar lease and the amount is wrong. When I last logged into my account with **********************, I had a balance of 6K, now it is saying 8k. The servicer is trying to figure it out because they pulled the original contract and it is different from what is in their system. I need to close and I can not get in touch with Castle. No customer service, no one has answered or returned my calls. We are to the point where I may have to get an attorney and if the sale of my house is jeopardized because of this we are going to have a big issue.

      Acct#********* was settled in 2018. As of recent a remark was added to the settled account which negatively impacted my credit score. *** left a message and sent a email attempting to get this rectified with no results.My expectation is that this remark is deleted immediately.

We didnt know about castle credits awful rating or anything about them. The job was $11,211 and We have paid $1,832.32 but the balance is still $10,377.72. Where is this money going?

      This company is the worst scam that can exist in the world, in May 2022 I took out a loan with them for a water system for a value of $7,100, I have been paying month to month for 18 months and the debt has only been reduced by $700 and I put it in quotes, because after reviewing the statements, this debt increases in value day after day, until the last payment I made which was on December 7 2023, I had a total balance of $6,400, but last week I already figure had changed to $6440, yesterday it was already at $6448 and today it is already at $6455, how can this be possible if they are charging $71 in interest every month, I immediately called this company who were rude, and they responded that That was what I had chosen, I told them that they were thieves, that I needed the full value of the credit to cancel it immediately and they told me that the value is already $6510... I will report this whole scam to consumer report...

      I used this company to finance a water filtration system for my house. The loan was payed in full and this company still has a lien on my property. At the moment I am trying to sell my property but cannot due to this companys Lien on my property. I have been trying to get the in touch with them and have left numerous voice mails but no one has called me back still. I was hoping u guys can help me resolve this situation so I can close on my property.

      Purchased a Water heater from ****** they offered a lending service, when i was reading through the lending agreement, it stated the water softener would be the security of the loan, Fast forward to today, i'm trying to sell my house, i removed ********* water softener and took it with me, and i find out there is a Lien on my home, When i called they admitted that yes i signed for the water softener to be the security, BUT because it was attached to the house as a home renovation, the lien goes against the home.. WHAT!? talk about a friggin CON, miss a payment for an appliance, potentially lose your house because of a lien you NEVER EXPLICITLY AGREED TO, AND WORDED IN A VERY MISLEADING, PRACTICALLY FRAUDULENT WAY? ridiculous. I am now trying to contact their customer service to do a payoff so I don't payoff current balance and wind up with a surprise amount of interest left over to pay off, and the hours on their site state 8 AM to 8PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME yet i can't find a single **** human to answer the phone for the life of me. and this is suppose to be a PREMIERE lending company? PLEASE more like ran out of someone's garage with a lenders business license, and contracted customer service so they can just sit back and cash CEO paychecks off loan interest while doing jack ***** and providing less than sub par service. I want to finish the job and do a payoff, Secondly i want any and all future contracts to BOLDLY and PLAINLY state that A LIEN WILL BE PLACED ON YOUR RESIDENCE. not this shadows cloak and dagger barely skirting legal scrutiny ********.

      Credit Reporting Companies, Castle Credit 17XXXX is inaccurately reporting that this account has late payments. I noticed on a previous statement that they have a person named **** also with the same account number listed on my same statement. This is the source of the problem. My name is *************************** Aventura and I have never missed a payment and paid that account off a long time ago. They even have the wrong name on the statement. Its very strange what they have done.They have my account confused with as much as two different people! I spoke with the manager there and they have agreed multiple times to delete this account or update it to never late as it should be. However now they keep avoiding me and telling me the manager is out and that he will call me. They never all and are clearly dishonest and shady people who know they are not complaint and are choosing the not acknowledge the error and keep reporting to the credit reporting companies that the status they report is accurate. See the attached document it proves there is great confusion within their system and that it should not be trusted. You all are required to comply with FCRA and FDCPA and delete this account immediately since its clear there is obvious identity theft and unfair reporting practices by this data furnisher or creditor. This account is causing severe impact to my financial, and work life. My health and family life is greatly impacted. It is very inhumane to and down right wicked to be so callus and apathetic about this is***. I should not have to ask again. Please delete this account and keep it off my report.It is a lie to report this as verified! Because of the willful non compliance of Castle Credit. I am not able to get approved for a loan to cover costs of life saving medical treatment. I could die because they refuse to delete an account or report it is never late which would make it accurate. I will need to *** them and make this public if they do not delete this account.
