Date of transaction: August 12, 2022 Doctors Test Centers:20 *********************************************************** locations ***** and ****** Airports Phone ************ ******************************** doctorstestcenters.com Air France requested a PCR covid test in order to board the plane. When I arrived to the testing center I clearly requested a PCR COvid test, the employee told me that I would receive an email within minutes with my results. I paid $225.00 when I went back to the Air France agent and showed him the email that DOCTORS TEST CENTER emailed me, he said I wasn't allowed to board the plane because it was an Antigen test and not a PCR test, as a result, my wife and I almost lost our flight we had 20 minutes left to board. I went running back to the Doctors test center to complain to the employee that sent me the wrong test and I explained to him that I was going to lose my flight because of his negligence he apologized and said he would give me a full refund for the inconvenience that it caused me, he said to keep it between the two of us and he would email me a correct PCR Negative test so I wouldn't lose my flight. I received the email within minutes and went running back to the agent to show him the correct PCR negative test. The agent from Air France said he couldn't believe how fast I had received a correct PCR test. My credit card was charged two times the amount of $225.00 and I have one refund of $225.00. Doctors *********** charged my credit card without my consent, and without my signature the second time. I sent an email to the support center a supervisor by the name of ******* Ur ****** ******************** he refused to give me a refund for this charge. In reality, this is considered fraud for charging my credit card without my consent and without my signature. I am requesting to please refund the $225.00. You can also speak with the Air France agent his number is ************, he can tell you that this testing center provided me with the incorrect test.
