I received a notification that a credit builder account was added to my credit report in the amount of $3100 and they are taking $5 a month from me at *****% interest which is predatory behavior. If I agreed to this, it was unknown to me, When I called them to get it resolved, it was a bot phone number. You cannot actually talk to anyone. When I left a voicemail, seconds after hanging up the phone I received a text that my account was cancelled. It is just very odd that they would do business in this way. It is very sneaky and dishonest. I disputed it with my credit and I want nothing to do with Transform Credit. They need to stop sending me links and unsubscribe me from everything. If they have taken money from me, I want it back. They claim they have taken $5 a month since January.Customer Answer

Looked into the company to get a loan. They would not approve me. Checking my bank account and they charged my account $5 that I did not approve. My bank is wanting me to pay to get these stopped. Reading other reviews this is a scam.Business Response

Never heard of this company, never signed up for anything from them. They are charging me $5 a month for no reason. I had to look them up from seeing their name on my bank statement, their website says if you want to stop the $5 charge you need to set up an account. Why would I want to set up an account when they are already fraudulently charging me? There is no way this is legal, they need to stop.Business Response

Received an email stating I needed to pay $5 towards a loan that I supposedly signed up for totaling 5k that I'd not receive. Makes no sense to me. The representative emailing me is adamant and aggressive as if I'm in some sort of debt. Sent an email about making a payment as i never heard of doing any business with this company.
