  If you want better quality on your crowns beware of this lab!!!!!I waited 2 months for my front crowns, at first they sent the crown cracked, my dentist called them and they promised to fix it in 2 days, because I had to go out of town, i made an appointment for another visit and guess what? Color of my new front crown was different!! Then i have again wait for new crown! thankfully, my dentist made a request to another laboratory, which was able to give me the color of

  Iam a big guy (6'4", 220#). I had big, square teeth, that actually LOOKED very good, but they had issues that made me opt for the all-on-4 procedure. The extractions went well, I was fitted with a temporary denture for the healing period, and all was well. I was looking forward to the final result. Not the "same day smile" advertised on TV, but a good result in a reasonable amount of time.The day I had to go into the oral surgeon's office to have the gums over the "healed over" implants stripped away (six separate incisions) to clear them for the attachment of the temporary set, JSB called to tell me that their tech couldn't make it. So sorry.So sad. Too bad. ***** TO BE YOU.That I had spent the morning at the surgeon's office for that actually major procedure. That I was sitting there with a mouthful of stitches and just-exposed implants. That I couldn't just reverse a few steps, use the denture for a bit longer and reschedule, made NO difference to JSB.They did NOT secure a replacement technician. They did NOT offer any help at all.The Dentist had to beg/borrow/steal a tech to come in and save the day.Then it took THREE TRIES for JSB to make teeth I could just barely accept. The first two sets were tiny, rounded AWFUL looking dolls teeth that looked ridiculous in someone my size. The final set STILL looked odd, nothing even close to my original teeth (which JSB had numerous pictures and scans of), but I was in a corner with class reunion in the offing, and had to bite the bullet. In short, they promise things like "3-day turnaround" but each of my three sets took WEEKS to be fabroicated. They promised to look at all scans and pictures and take feedback into consideration, and they DO NOT. What was supposed to be a short time stretched into weeks and then months.... I can send anyone who wants them pictures of what JSB had ro work with and the completely unacceptable results they produced.... just let me know where to send them!
