    If you are thinking of getting Ortho work done at Brighton Park Dental, I highly suggest you take your business and hard-earned money somewhere else. My experience at this facility is why I rate them very poorly. I started my braces treatment Sept 2020 and finished October 2022. I will not take away credit from the great staff and my end results. But due to the lack of ownership, specifically from the owner **********, ************** and manager *****, almost every visit was an inconvenience. -Constant appointments were being canceled or rescheduled (3 cancelations due to COVID, 3 appointment mistakes made by receptionist *********) -Showing up to appointments and facility being closed without any notice. (Occurred twice) -Went almost 2 months without being contacted after they canceled my appointment. I had to reach out to them. -Retainers took almost one month to be given. -Dropping me as a patient after my Ortho treatment was done. Meaning if I misplace/break my retainers I must find a new Orthodontist. This is only to name a few. You are not valued as a consumer. And while I was grateful that ********** tried to make it right by offering complimentary teeth whitening at the end of my treatment, that did not take away from time, money and patience that was lost during my experience.
