    Me and my family was discriminated against by management.The dentist was talking and handling my daughter aggressively.I came in to talk to the manager and told him that my daughter was a **** victim and how one of the male dentist was handling her aggressively.He told me that I can leave and go else where.I tried to make a complaint against the dentist and the manager got aggressive and denied my right to get the name of the dentist to file a complaint.He put me and my child out and told us to never come back.

    The claim of being discriminated against is false. We do not discriminate against anyone at any of our clinics. The concerns about "aggressiveness" is confusing since we do not conduct aggressive orthodontics and therefore, do not receive these types of complaints. To put context to the encounter, the member was asked to put her phone away while being in the dental chair undergoing an adjustment and she refused to do so. Proper OH was given to the patient and was dismissed in comfortable fashion with no complaints. If a patient exhibits or harbors negative thoughts or perceptions about their treating provider, then the doctor patient ************ is broken and the doctor can legally option out of continuing to treat that patient. My concern is the word "aggressive" used to describe our provider when the clear aggressive conduct was displayed by the parent throwing garbage cans at our staff and screaming disparaging remarks, profanities and insulting comments toward our staff who work hard to give the best possible service as well as our patients in the waiting area. A normal discussion about the encounter could have been addressed though was not possible due to the manner in which the parent/guardian chose to conduct herself in our office. Also the unsanctioned filming of our staff and patients was another privacy violation and is not tolerated. So yes the parent and patient were dismissed from the practice to due the patient doctor ************ being compromised. We are sorry for the occurrence and will continue to strive for excellence and providing a better customer experience for those who choose to come to our practices.
