    I started with this awful practice in 2019, paid the practice almost 5k for faulty work. She convinced me I needed 3 crowns, I got them done and now have to get them all replaced. They offered me a refund last august I was locked out of that email. I tried calling them multiple times asking about it never heard back. So I posted a very brief one star review on ******* I was frustrated because of the lack of communication. I finally got in contact with them and they offered me $500 and told me I had to take down the review. Ive been waiting for my refund for 24 days. I asked them for the ****** document they made me sign. I want proof the doctor ****** it for my own personal records. There are many reviews about ************ withholding payments. So for my own sanity Ive been asking them for days for the copy of that legal document. Their response is I have to take down the review and I quote have good faith that the doctor will pay me if I dont get it in a week I can post a review again. This sounds illegal to me I shouldnt have to take down a review in order to get my refund. Because of the faulty work she did I ended up with ulcers and had to get procedures done. I still have to replace 2 crowns that she put on. All these crowns were down without root canals which is never heard of. She robbed me of almost 5 thousand dollars and now is refusing to pay me $500 that she by law owes me. I never agreed to take it down before getting paid. This business is fraudulent.
