  I appreciated the experiences here at More Smiles of Beverly. The staff is really nice and the doctors are really informative. The care and treatment Ive received here was thorough and I would recommend this place to others.

  Hands down the best dental experience Ive ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office was clean and modern, which immediately put me at ease. The dentist took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure all my questions were answered, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed, and they genuinely cared about my comfort throughout the appointment. Im actually looking forward to my next visit next month, which is something I never thought Id say about going to the dentist!

  More Smiles of Beverly is one of a kind. Some people believe going to the dentist is scary, even underrated. I used to be the same way until I stepped in the office. They have a very warm greeting and they get to know their clients on a personal level. They perform carefully and the job is always done right the first time. Each orthodontist is talented and each play an important role. I recommend their office to all my associates! Doctor ******* has an amazing spirit and only wants the best for us all-whether we work there or not, were all family.

  II really appreciate the experience that I had at More Smiles of Beverly. The doctor spent time making sure she knew what was important to me. She answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them. I would recommend everyone go there for their dental needs.

  I went there for an exam of what type of work I needed to improve my smile because of lost teeth in my top of my mouth. So we sat down and I needed 7 teeth removed for and full top implants and a temporary at no charge and two cleaning for my bottom once my top heal schedule to come in for my top to be put in four screws in my top and implants to hold. Cost over $5000 + interest total $7000 at the appointment they said while I was in the chair the implants Cost $20,000 never said anything when I got finances for the $7000 I was lead to believe that was my total cost for everything if I was told that the implants was not included and they never said that or the cost of $20,000 I so upset because my appointment was the last step towards getting my smile back plus for my second cleaning a debatable/ copay of $236 I said I am finances an not paying that $7000 is enough so they didn't clean them so I would say $30,000 should've been told that at financing but never mention they said it's in my paperwork that the implant wasn't included but never said anything about that after all of my of my appointments I had up until my last one on 10/14/24 for the bolts to be put in so I an have my temporary top and also have a $7000 bill to pay every month not happy at all with the deception customer service good Dentist too Deception in cost very bad I don't understand why they wouldn't tell you cost when I picked out the implants I choose but gave me $7000 for everything. Beware and have them tell you everything but slip it on your paperwork that you sign. Not a happy customer.

  I came here because I saw the billboard. I was very nervous to get seen. They ended up having to removing one tooth and they replaced it with a bridge. I was thinking my insurance would pay 100% but they only covered a small portion. Im writing this review because I dont think I would have been able to get the services if I didnt come here. They were willing to work with me regarding payments. I signed up for a monthly plan and I had NO PAIN! Ive already referred about 8 people here. Thank you for seeing me through the whole process

  The dental work is good, and the staff is nice, but the business practice is total shady scum. 1 star just for the dental work. They are just greedy liars who try to get every ***** from you. I was one of those people that let myself get taken. First they started with over $34,000 in dental planning, but I ended up down to $11,000 with deals which still ended up putting me in such a financial bind I had to declare bankruptcy. Just dont sign anything and definitely hit the bricks when they mention financing. They over charge and hope you dont question. unscrupulous.

  Excellent service. Ive had all my dental work done there with no complaints. Theyre great with my bridge that was done on my two front teeth and they filled all my cavities as well as performed cleanings. I am very satisfied and I keep coming back. All the Dentist are well-trained by the owner Dr, who supervises them well.

  ** April 2022, I was looking for a local Dentist and decided on More Smiles of Beverly. I made the appointment for an exam and cleaning. I have BC/BS dental insurance. I was given **rays, the Dentist came in, looked in my mouth, asked questions and then had someone to come in and discuss implants while also trying to coax me into applying for a loan for $42K worth of work that they had determined that I needed. I refused the suggested work and was told that my visit was over. I asked the dental tech about the cleaning and was told that I would need to make another appointment for that. I was not happy and expressEd as much.Friday, May 19th. I again, made an appointment for an exam and cleaning. I have the same dental insurance but was charged a $89 copay. I have never been charged this much for copay. The tech took **rays, the dentist came in, no real exam. He only looked at the **rays, never stuck a tool in my mouth but proceeded to tell the tech which tech needs to be extracted, replaced by implant, etc. I asked him about my cleaning. He said that the dental tech had gone for the day for an emergency and that I had to make another appointment. The original tech asked me when I could return for a deep cleaning. I told him that I only wanted a general cleaning. He told me that, per the front desk, that I could only have a deep cleaning. I left again with NOTHING done to my teeth.I got a call later from the finance person who again tried to get me to buy implants. I told him my frustration. He proceeded to lie to me about receiving a general cleaning. He said that per my exam? I would need a deep cleaning. The dentist never measured or did ANYTHING that would suggest that I needed a deep cleaning.More Smiles of Beverly are only interested in ********** dental work. Im out of money and still need a cleaning which is free with my insurance but they have managed to use up my free cleaning copayment. Not happy!!!!
