I hired ****** on Aug 2nd, 2023 to replace approximately *****' of ***** line, to install a clean out station and a gutter down spout, power rod and camera inspect the whole ***** line. After a very ***** start for immediately not showing up I fired him. I decided to give him a second chance after a mutual friend intervened. Although, the job took much longer than he said, it was completed and passed inspection. He proceeded to camera inspect the additional clay ***** lines. He found 2 more collapsed ******************* on the other side of the house. We discussed the job details (estimate, payment schedule, length, PDP program, expected date of completion and entered into a verbal contract. *** got busy with the excavation and chose to rent a machine for it due to the length (30 to 40') and depth of the job. The next two days was spent excavating, and he instantly began changing the plan (didn't move dirt to a distant location and instead placed the dirt on my neighbors cement gangway sidewalk). At that point, ****** started back where we were in the beginning. He immediately began to post-pone, procrastinate, not show up and if and when he did he was unprepared and in a hurry to leave. His hours were usually 11:00 am - 3:30 and he took a lunch. I made the final payment to ****** for the first job on August 22, 2023. Today is Oct. 6th and the job was finally completed yesterday by another company. After weeks,of procrastination and no shows, I was forced to contact the company who's license he used to pull the permit. I was in a panic on Thursday Sept. 20th after he decided to leave AGAIN, before completing the job for the scheduled inspection the next day. I could detail more information about ******'s unprofessional behavior and list all the details of the complete mess he left mine and my neighbor's property in, but there isn't enough space. Bottom line is I paid him, he didn't complete the job and owes me for material. My new porch almost fell because of this.

      Business response

      10/26/2023

We began work around Aug 2, 2023 to replace ***** feet of sewer line, which was completed in about 2 weeks.  During those 2 weeks the homeowner ******* was very demanding, very vulgar- she did fire us at one point and decided to rehire us to complete the project.  This was on verbal agreements. After that was completed, we discussed a second project which was an additional ***** feet that needed to be repaired.

As a business we were skeptical of working with the homeowner again due to the is***s in the past.  But we continued with the second project which was an additional $7000.00 the customer did make a partial/deposit payment of $4500.00-this project was much bigger then what had been discussed with the homeowner. We did need to rent an excavator which was $950.00 (for 3 day rental), this consisted of -2 man crew working in labor.  The area in which was needed to be worked on was in between the 2 homes, the neighbor was completely understanding of the situation and allowed us to utilize the area near his home to place the dirt from the ground.  The neighbor never once complained or mentioned any is***s, this was much more of the homeowner -******* that did the complaining consistently on a daily basis, including on Sunday mornings when me and family were at church.

I would need to calm her down and reassure her of the plans to be completed on this project. This project took much more time then what had been discussed due to inspections by the city.  Once the work was done and completed we notified the city to come out to inspect, the appointments were always about 5-7 business days for them to come out.  This was explained to the homeowner on several occasions for which again, she was very impatient and very bothered and once again we needed to explain the entire process to her over and over again.  We did not pass the first inspection and for which R-Sewer and Drains needed to make adjustments as per the inspector.  After repairs were completed and called again to the city, another  5-7 days for them to come out and inspect- this was now week 3 working on this project.  The homeowner again got upset and yelled/belligerent at the technician in front of other workers and neighbors, also threatening him and threatened to *** the company.  At that point the technician/crew did not feel safe enough to return.  As a business owner i do not feel that allowing any of my workers or myself to be exposed to the harassment for which this customer was constantly showing throughout the entire project.

We exceeded the amount that was given to us for the work that was completed, so therefore the refund is non-negotiable.

      Rental of excavator=950.00

      Crew=40 hours= 72@ 35 per hour =2520.00

      technician =72@ $60 per hour =4320.00

      material= 2100.00

the total of this project was $9890.00 which again we over exceeded our funds for this project.  We are not asking for any further payment on this we are only requesting that the harassment to stop.

      Complaint: 20705747

I am rejecting this response because:
I reject this business's response. ******************************* is over exaggerating my behavior to cover up his behavior and how badly he handled this job. I don't even know where to
begin. So much has transpired over a 3 month period which all falls on ******'s irresponsible behavior and lack of professionalism. I have learned that he lied about the fact
that the ***************'s Water or **************** does NOT reshedule inspections. This is of utmost importance because he kept blaming them for doing so when in fact
it was him calling them due to the fact that he was worried about his personal life and problems and had lost site of the job. By the end there had been 4 different inspectors
here for the second job and they were even scratching their heads at the length of time and the appearance of the site itself. My house had been flagged because of the
amount of scheduled inspections over an unusual period of time. ****** had to hire a company to come out and hydrojet the pipes at the request of the inspector  who failed
the 1st inspecftion and couldn't bother to show up that day. Both I and the owner spoke to him on the phone. He kept assuring us he was on his way. Four phone calls and two
hours later, he was a NO show. BOTH, the first job and the second stretched out due to his focus on his personal issues and not on the job. When ****** showed up after days
of excuses for not being here, he did not spend an adequete amount of time at the site on the job, he came unprepared, had to leave to buy materials and only showed up with
1 technician who had an attitude. He never worked or stayed for more than 4 to 5 hours accept for the first dig.

I was uptight about the fact that my fears were coming to fruition and that the problem with my toilet(s) was proving to be the ultimate worst and most expensive case scenerio
and I communicated that to him from the beginniing. This was a very overwhelming and emotional situation for me, but at no time was I rude, vulgar or demanding. I was upset
and fired him from the first job because he immediately wasn't keeping his commitments or promises, wasn't showing up and was lying to me. I only over reacted 6 to 7 weeks
into the second job when after the 3rd or 4th time he was walking off to leave at 3:30 and the site was a mess, the pipes where not finished and unprepared for the inspection
which was scheduled for the following morning. I went off on him because I under such stress and even if he didn't care I knew that meant another failed or rescheudled inspection.
On tip of this and at this point we were several weeks into the project and it had rained very heavily on several different occasions. I had previolsly stressed to him how serious this
******** was becoming. The mounds of dirt had been sitting on top of my neightbors gangway sidewalk. It was being soaked and and was becoming heavier and started to back
slide into the trench. I had already asked on a previous occasion if the side walk should be shored up and he assured me that everything was fine which proved to be anything
but the truth. The only thing that ****** didn't lie about was that he was NOT licensed and I learned the hard way that there is NO license available for digging or pipe repair.

The best thing that happened during this was that someone gave me the name of the person who owned the company that ****** used to pull the permit with. After I told him
off for walking away again, I called the owner to report what was going on and the complete mess that was the front and side of my house and that I could no longer work with
****** because he wasn't to be trusted and this needed immediate attention. The owners came out the next day and due to the seriousness of the ******** and the fact that
they had to clean up ******'s mess, fix his mistakes and deal with more rain the dirt and mud continue to slide and started taking my brand new $16000.00 dollar front porch
with it. One of thier technicians was in the trench when it started to slide and could have become seriously injured.

When all is said and done, what matters is I hired someone who I thought to be a professional and someone who came highly recommeded by a friend. I am not responsible
for what transpired as a home owner. I paid him to do the job and trusted is expertise, what was stipulated in the estimate and his promise that he had my back and that I had
nothing to worry about. I gave ****** the benefit of the doubt after he began the first dig and didn't show up for several days after. The fact that he had just assured me repeatedly
that I was in good hands and immediately wasn't showing up, after texting and calling to assure me he'd be here soon, be here tomorrow no problem and then not showing up
and/or NOT responding at all was the reason I fired him. None of that was my fault.

The fact that ****** had to rent a machine for the second dig was alreay a red flag because again his quick and meaningless assurances that I was in good hands, that he
could handle this and that we'd be okay was all bull and smoke and mirrors. He must have known he was already in over his head and then he had to involve my neighbor.
He was already avoiding doing the right thing which was to dig the dirt and move it to a safe location away from the ditch which was the original intention. If he knew and
admits from the beginning of the job that it was a bigger job then he thought he should have been ever that much MORE concerned and doing everything to make sure that
he kept the deadline of 5 - 7 days. This was not the case at all. Far from it. I am not at all surprised by his response to the complaint. I only know ****** as someone who
readily lies, makes promises he doesn't keep, and over exagerates to cover up his failings, his lack of being able to manage a company, or outright willingness to take advantage
of someone. The facts are that my hands were tied, ****** was paid to do a job that HE didn't finish, that he screwed up and caused more serious problems then I had to
begin with. He lied about his reasons, alibied about his behaviour and is trying to paint me out to be the reason behind why. ****** is a magician. He takes your money,
keeps diverting your attention with his personal sorrows while he's busy spending it, keeps the trick going on long enough to turn your head and then blames you because
      you've been had.

I had to pay another company to complete what he didn't. He didn't replace the lattice that his technician or the weight of the dirt broke as he promised. He ruined my neighbors
sidewalk which cracked and pulled 2 inches away from the side of his house. I am not sending any additional documents or pictures in addition to what I already shared.
A picture paints a thousand words. ****** didn't bother to be a responsible business owner and register with the Better Business Bureau. If someone is interested in hiring
R Sewer and Drains and stops to read my complaint, let them reach out to me and I can and will prove everything that happened as I have said it did or they can reach out to
my neighbors. Everyone involved nows that ****** is fully accountable for what happened and why I felt it was necessary to file a complaint.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope that this gets posted for others to read so that they reconsider hiring R Sewer and Drains.

      Sincerely,

      *****************************

Regardless of the residents response, she is concentrating more on the personal aspect of this job rather then the work that was actually completed.
Between the indecisiveness of the job that was being performed by R Sewer and Drains, she continued to harass and bash verbally the technicians.

The work was completed upon inspection and the inspectors did come out the first time for which ****** was there to talk to them and show the work that
Was completed.  and they stated that we needed To install a gutter line which the resident had asked that we remove.

Therefore another inspection was scheduled and that would take another a week and half
Later, during that process the resident continued to call continued to ask questions from what was agreed on with R Sewer and Drains.
The project was completed and just needed the inspector to come out and let us know that we were good to back-fill.
But to her verbal abuse, towards the company we did not feel comfortable or this being a safe working environment.

We were fired and then rehired to complete the remaining part of the project, but if the work and professionalism was not adequate enough for her,
      Then why rehire us again?

As disclosed per the prior response, between the time, material and labor we were exceeding cost of the deposit that was given to us.  We are not
Asking for any further moneys just that the resident stop the harassment and the verbal slander towards our company.

      Complaint: 20705747

I am rejecting this response because:

****** is over simplifying the issue by blaming me. At no time during the course of time was I rude, combative or abusive to him or his nephews.

It was only after, several weeks of ******* continual unprofessional (not meeting deadlines or keeping his commitements, lying, unpreparedness, ***** work) behavior that I had harsh words with

him because he was taking advantage of me. The job was not completed, he was once again not prepared for another scheduled inspection on Friday September 22 and was walking away from

the job after only being there for 3 or so hours. ****** asks why I would hire him back, which begs to question why would he agree and accept to do the second job if I was so abusive? As I've

previously stated this went on for SEVERAL weeks. I don't have good documentation because ****** didn't provide any. He was lucky that I was naive enough to give him a second chance without

a valid contract and kept giving him the benefit of the doubt. I have typed out several weeks of correspondence or the lack thereof via text messaging to provide and show a pattern of behavior. I

have also submitted handwritten notes I started to keep to so I could recall how often ****** was a no show, non-responsive, irresponsible busisnessman. The text messaging indicates dates and

times and supports what I am saying. My handwritten notes indicate a timeline of the events. ****** put me in an awful position and I finally had no option but to call the company

(***************) that ****** pulled the permit under to seek assistance from the owners. I was reluctant to provide documentation because there isn't any business documentation to explain what

occured. I apologize for submitting my scribbled notes, it's messy, but it is the simple truth.

*************** did what was necessary to fix the wrongs, complete the job which allowed us to pass inspection. The front of my house is ruined. I almost lost my brand new $16,000.00 porch in

the process. ****** didn't replace or hang the lattace his team broke as promised. He never provided me with a reciept for the pump he put in. I can't verify if it was new or not and can't return it

even if I was to have an issue with it. ****** was comfortable using pea gravel to fill around the basin work and let a considerable amount fall into the basin with the pump and told me it would be

alright. I'm not a plumber, but even I know that you can't have anything in the sewer beside water and sewage running through your pump. My daughter had to come over to clean out the basin that

****** was too in a hurry to do or worry about. If you are taking the time and doing your do diligence to research companies you are considering hiring and are reading my complaint. PLEASE do

yourself a favor and go with another company.

I hired R-Sewer and Drains to do an extensive plumbing job. 3 quotes, total cost: $8500. Prior to giving a 50% deposit, I asked if they were licensed, bonded, and insured. he said yes, and sent me a COI and bond letter. He said he would share his license later. He also told me that he could complete the job within the week. When we spoke, I thought that it was an ambitious timeline so we agreed that *** would do the 2 quotes the first week and do the third quote the following week. I only agreed to this new timeline because I didn't think *** could complete the job in the time he said. However, I stressed that the first two quotes had to be completed that week as I was going out of town. *** was supposed to work on Tues, Wed, and Thurs. Instead he only worked a total of 4 hours on Wed and only completed 1/3 of the 1st quote. When he didn't show up on Thurs or Fri and didn't respond to my calls or texts, I texted him that I was ending the job and would not use him for the third job. I also told him, I wanted a refund for the portion of work not completed. He only returned $650. At that time, I decided to do add'l research re ***'s bond and license because of another complaint that I found about his work and license status.*** misrepresented himself as licensed and he is not. He gave me a bond under false pretense as the bond is not valid since he is not licensed. He also said he had a company and that is a lie. I currently have a mess while I find someone to finish the job.Hired to:#1 Move shower drain and replace cast iron with PVC - this is all that was completed. I cannot confirm at this time if he replaced to the **** tiles per quote.Reset toilet ****** Install new shower mixer valve. Run water supply lines for sink, toilet, and shower. Apply self leveling. #2 Replace plumbing stack to main sewer line and repair toilet ****** #3 Replace water supply lines with copper as well as install shut off and mixer valves Add a refrigerator water supply line

R-Sewer and Drains, gave an estimate to the customer *******************, for the bathroom Rough-inn, main stack repair and main water supply line repair.

We started the work on the Rough-inn and as per scheduled for Wednesday 09/20/23.

We do request a deposit before the work is to be begin and the customer did comply, a deposit was received in 2 payments (1-$1000.00 via Zelle and a

      check for $3250.00).

Wednesday came, Rough-in was done including the back fill and concrete laid that same afternoon, prior to the work beginning customer requested an additional self leveling on the concrete, which would be done once the concrete and back fill completed, but not the same day due to the concrete drying.  This needed to settle for at least 48 hours, which was explained to the customer prior to leaving that day.

Spoke to ***** and let know that would be returning on Friday between ****am, Friday came and I was completing another project that morning when ***** called- a little after 9am.  and was stating that she did not want us to return and that she was demanding her money back, we explained to her that "are you sure you would not like for us to return?"  She at this point was demanding her $42500 back-which included the $1000.00, So being that the the Rough-inn was completed and happened to be the amount that was given, per the estimate that was given to the customer and she did agree too, we did return $650.00 as the is was the difference that was paid to R-Sewer and Drains, but the customer is stating that she would like the entire amount returned to her and demanding it at that.  The customer did not allow us to return to complete the self-leveling part of the project and we did offer to return several times but instead the customer was just not allowing it and did  not want us to return.  We did make it very clear that we DID complete the Rough-inn/project.  So per the estimate and the amount that was given we did return $650.00 back to the customer for the difference in the amount of the project completed.

While she had also stated that the Bond we sent her was not valid, that also was incorrect.  At that pint was insisting that we were a fraud and demanding money be returned to her.  The technician did explain to the customer that she paid for the actual Rough-inn which was done and was not paying by the hour which again was never on the estimate --this was paid per project. Again, she did agree to this estimate.

Attached is the original estimate and the updated estimate showing the payments and the returned amount to customer along with the text messages that were sent to us from the customer. Pictures of the completed work as well.

Lastly, the customer did comment that Make me an offer, before i have to make a big deal over this-this is not the way our company deals with unsatisfied customers.  we provide a service and expect to be paid accordingly per the agreement that we and the customer agreed on before the project was even started.

I am rejecting this response because: Hello

I am out of the country and did not see this response.

This has not been resolved and I am pursuing legal action. There are several things misstated in the response including

      1. The time the company was supposed to come to my house on Friday
      2. The work that was to be done. They completed less than 1/4 of the quote and it has to be redone because it was done incorrectly.
      3. The bond is not valid as the company nor owner are legally licensed.
      4. I did not demand all of my money. I demanded a portion of the money back.
      5. They did jot say 48 hours. They said 24. This is obviously not true that they said 48 because then they would not have been able to return until Friday in the afternoon. They knew I was going out of town Friday afternoon and even in his response, he said he was coming back Friday at 9. How could he have done that if he needed 48 hours for the cement to settle.

I would very much like an opportunity to respond to this so others are aware that they did not in fact respond satisfactorily.

Please let me know how to respond.

      Best, ***************************, **** *** (she/her)

      There are many misunderstandings:

1-So we went to complete the project on Wednesday and let the customer know that we would return on Friday as we needed the concrete to cure for 48- we let the customer know we would be there early morning, customer called about 5 minutes after 9 am, stating she did not want us to return to complete the project, we asked her several times for allow us to return to complete but she insisted we should not go back.

2-the work was completed in a timely ************** in our quote did we state any time or material bases.  The project was completed and done as it should have been.

3- the bond is attached and sealed and was a valid bond per the Bond company.

4-She demanded her money she did not state a portion as you can see in the text messages she did request her money to be returned.

5-We did let the notify the customer of the time frame, as mentioned prior.  She was aware of this as she had mentioned she was going out of town and we were to be there for us to complete the job.

She was very aggressive and impatient with **************, she was very aggressive (as you can see in the emails that she sent to the technician) in making it known that she had a PHD, and her knowledge.

      Complaint: 20667335

I am rejecting this response because:

Mostly importantly, the bond that he is sharing is NOT a valid bond as it was not registered with the *************** because he does NOT have a valid drain layers license or plumber's apprentice license like he said he did. However.

      1. Before the job was started, *** told me in text that he could complete the job within the week. See the text messages pg 4

      2. *** told me the concrete needed 24 hours to dry so he would be back on Thursday at 1 to complete the job. You can tell that was my expectation by all the messages I sent him.

      3. *** did not come Thursday at 1. When I called him, he said he was muddy and asked if he could come Friday instead. I told him the job needed to be finished before I left for out of town. He said he would come Friday at 7. When he did not show up Friday at 7, I texted him. he did not respond. He did not respond until I told him I would not welcome him back to finish the job.

      4. Initially, I did not request all of my money back. I was giving him credit for the drain moving. He did not move the shower water supply pipes, change the faucet and toilet pipes, and install the appropriate values, he did not work on the stack (as indicated in the first quote), and he did not apply any self-leveling to the floor.

      5.  Finally, I did tell him I have a PhD which I do because *** had another bad FB review (he has since deleted) and I was concerned. I was giving him a lot of money and did not want to be taken advantage of.

I have to have the work redone that *** did because it is not correct. I have hired a licensed, insured, and bonded plumber to do the work.

      Sincerely,

On 7/26/23 I received an estimate from R Sewer and Drains LLC to install a clean check in the front of my home. I paid the owner ******************************* $500 on Wednesday 7/26/23 with a check to get the permit, he advised it will be a couple of days to get the permit. On Friday 7/28/23 I gave him an additional $1000 with a 2nd check and thats when he said he was ready to start digging. When he came by on Friday we asked him for a copy of the permit, he said he would bring it the next day. He did not come on Saturday even though he advised he would, he did not come on Sunday neither. He ended coming out Monday and started to work again, we asked him for the permit again, he said he didnt go to the office that he would bring it the next day. We said we needed the permit because we live down the street of town hall and didnt want to get fined. He then continued to dig, thats when he said we had a leak in the waterline. We were confused because we had no prior issue with our waterline. He temporarily slowed down the leak, but couldnt stop it. We had to reach out to our insurance company be because we didnt know what to do. The town of Berwyn ended up coming over and stopping the work because they didnt see a permit posted. We ended finding out the there was no permit pulled after all, he lied to us even though he advised we were paying for a permit and he noted on the contract that an inspection was needed before he backfilled. We were lied to and we paid him to do a job that was not done and he caused extensive damage to our water line. We are now responsible for the water line because the insurance company advised R Sewer punctured the line while trying to install the clean check. I have tried to get his insurance information but, he has refused and hung up on me. He came by our home a week later and picked remaining pipes even though I asked him not to.

      To who it may concern

In regards to the complaint from the address of ************************************************

The customer called for a sewer repair and to install a check valve in the front of the home, so on July 8, 2023 we began to dig due to the emergency flood that had occurred, a week prior. We notified the town of ****** that we had an emergency dig, we had submitted our company information and documentation needed to begin the permit process.  Due to the home owners urgency we began digging and noticed the foundation was washed out under the house from the water supply line, once we exposed the main water supply line, that runs parallel of the sewer, we noticed the water was spraying out and the home owner (****) was present at that time, we notified the home owner *********) that they had an going issue and they asked that we stop working and not the touch the water line because they had "insurance that would cover this issue." R-Sewer and Drains supplied a temporary repair kit, to slow or stop the leak.  R Sewer and Drains, then proceeded to make repair on sewer line, we then tried to shut off water at the **-Box for the repair as per customers request, we were unable to access the valve of the bottom of the **box, due to excessive dirt and debris.  We were unable to shut off the water and make the repair so we did notify the town of ****** that they needed to shut the water off for the repair, at that point is when R Sewer and Drains, noticed the permit was not valid due to wording of the request/application.  We then had to discontinue the work and we offered to repair the water supply line that was damaged and home owner consistently replied that her "insurance company would resolve this and more:.  As per the proposal R sewer and drains, performed the work that was requested due to the customer from the very beginning,  but the customer was insistent that her insurance company would take care of this matter. While in the working or during the process of the leak, we over heard the home owners stating that "why have R Sewer and Drains, complete this process when they could have their insurance company do the entire water line fixed".  R Sewer and Drains has completed the sewer line but due to the water leak/spraying we could not complete the installation of the clean out risers and back fill of the dirt.

We were not contacted until 2 weeks later when she was bashing our company on social media and her threatening to contact the television stations, she has been very harassing and non-compliant when i would offer to resolve the issue.  She continued to bash and slander R Sewer and Drains on social media.  We did not respond the threatening accusations-we have offered to resolve this matter, directly with the home owners but they fail to agree and actually ask us to perform further work (such as repairing the entire water supply line for the home).

R Sewer and Drains, does not have an issue in resolving this matter, but home owner has not completed payment for the job (they have only paid $1500 of an amount due of $4800.00

I am rejecting this response because:

Several things are inaccurate. There was no urgency, we had already flooded, we only hired ****** because we saw him working on our neighbors home and thought he did a good job. We were being proactive and wanted to avoid future flooding. He called me to follow up if we wanted to start the process, I agreed. He said he needed the down payment to get the permit, so gave him the down payment. At no point did he tell us that he saw washout until it was already spraying water when he hit the waterline. We asked him for proof that it was leaking prior to him digging in that area and he was not able to supply it. We were advised that he already had the permit when he started digging, he said he forgot it at "the office". I advised we live down the street from town hall that we needed it. At NO point he said it was in the "process" of getting it. With that being said, I would like proof that he filed for the permit on 7/8/223. He stated that he offered to repair the water line, however he never had a permit for the sewer, how could he have repaired it? Yes I did tell him that I will check to see my insurance will cover it since the town shut him down and I needed this fixed. I kept asking for his insurance information and he was not providing it, so what am I supposed to do as a homeowner, I have  huge hole in the front of my house. ****** SHUT HIM DOWN for no permit, so I called my homeowners insurance to see if they will cover it. Which they are not. At this point I would like my $1500 back for him not doing the job. I am seeking another company to replace the lead line and install a sewer system.

      Sincerely,

Unfortunately, the inconsistencies in this matter will never be resolved.  But to get passed this,R-Sewer and Drains does not
Feel That we should be held accountable to pay back the $******* to the homeowners.  We did install a check a clean out system along with
The cost of our workers on those 2-days (16 hours).
At the end we did provide a service and now weather or not the homeowner was dissatisfied is another matter.
Unfortunately the ******* really only covered the supplies and some of the wages of the workers.
At this point this has exceeded the original cost that was originally given to the customer.

We are not seeking any other monies from the customer but again,we can go back and forth with what happened that
Day, because there is always 3 sides to every story.  R-Sewer and Drains, would really like to resolve this matter and would like for the harassment
And slander on social media to stop along with the direst texting to the technician.

Now the homeowner is threatening with lawsuit and filing complaints, which honestly much more then is needed to have been
Endured for something that the work was done and completed, as the customer clearly asked R-Sewer and ********************** to stop doing the work.

Attached you will see what was recently sent to ****** via text messaging.
ATTACHED IS A BREAK DOWN OF COST THAT WE ENCOUNTERED.

The end of this a check valve was done with 3 men
Drainlayer 160 an hour for 16--2560
Labor 80 an hour for 16--1280
      Check valve/supplies was 1200.001200.0
      Total5040.00
      Original estimate/invoice $4800.0

I am rejecting this response because:
As you see in the photos I attached the work was not completed. The town of ****** shut him down because no permit was applied for. He has not supplied proof that he ever applied for the permit. He misled us and said the permit was at his office. On the estimate, the description says he was going to power rod and camera inspect the entire sewer line. Backfill soil after inspection. Which none of that was done, nor the inspection because he was shut down by the town, not me. As you can see from photos I still have an open hole in the front of my lawn. I am not going to pay a company money for an incomplete job. As I stated before, if he wouldve went for the permit this all couldve been avoided, the job could have been completed and he would receive the full payment. Lastly, I am not threatening or harassing him, I was texting him because he was not communicating with me via phone. I also sent a few emails which he never responded. All I was trying to do was communicate with him regarding the permits and incomplete job. As a consumer I have a right to give reviews. I also have the right to obtain a lawyer if necessary and inquire about my rights as a homeowner from being taken advantage of.

Note, there were other negative reviews on ******** for R Sewer and Drains LLC.

      Sincerely,
