            I took my wool coat to Northwood Cleaners on 4/6/22. When it was picked up I knew it wasnt cleaned properly and was shrunk significantly. I took it back and they said theyd try to fix it. When I returned the following week it still was not correct. They tried one more time and I still was not happy. I took it to a dry cleaner to avoid ruining it. I will now have to replace the coat. The company refuses to give any sufficient compensation and will not refund for the service.

            I have been coming here for *************************************************** a damaged shirt and lying about it to make them fix it. They continuously texted me through dinner accusing me of lying and that I needed to come into the store and apologize or they would report Me. Craziness!!!!! I will not be back.
