      Order an impact driver from this site checked order status with customer service almost daily for near HALF A MONTH, not receive anything. they cancel my order and let me waited half a month for nothing.       I recently had an unfortunate experience with this company. Upon receiving my delivery, I noticed that items were missing from the box. When I contacted customer service, I was met with a lack of understanding and was not provided a satisfactory resolution. Additionally, there were inconsistencies in the information provided by different representatives. After 10 days, the resisted to ship the missing items. DO NOT BUY from them if you value your money.I would urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this company, and ensure that all items are accounted for upon delivery. I had hoped for a better experience, but this situation has left me disappointed and wary of using their services in the future.

      Placed an order on Friday before 9pm EST for a small part that was in stock, paid nearly $60 for 2nd day air shipping. I am expecting it to be delivered on Monday or Tuesday the latest. As of mid night Tuesday, the order had not been shipped.

      I placed an order with this company 12 days ago for parts that were shown to be in stock on their website. 12 days later still waiting for the parts to ship. I have contacted their customer service in ***** and was assured that the whole order would ship that day. That was 3 days ago. Tried to cancell one of the line items in order to expedite. **************** stated that they would try but could not promise to cancell the line item that was holding up the order. Newark Electronics used to be better. Their customer service is a joke. I have ordered the parts that I need from their competitor. Sick of dealing with these JOKERS.

      I ordered 2 15 inch subwoffers and a 10 inch loose pyramid .I know pyramid is a low quality and that should have been my clue.I order 2 15 inch boxed subwoffers and the second row on the website says comes with corner protectors and the paper that came with them shows their whole line it comes with corner protectors.1st email they as in their customer support says nope they do not .I thought they are mistaken so I snapped a picture of their website .I received the same generic response .so I asked why they will.not honor their website and again I get the same generic reply .so I phoned and contacted customer support. I got passed through their people and then got in touch with tech support and they said the exact same thing .I need to contact out wearhouse .I was adamant and very mad that rhe same thing was happening. I demanded to be told why and **** the person on the phone straight up said nope not going to do it. So passing me to their wearhouse was just to get off the call as they had no intention to do the right thing .His exact reply was its a glitch on our website and the documentation that came with it .I then said and explained how my familly is involved with serious media Outlets and I will pass al information to.them as in I feel scammed .so I will take that route for about ***** dollars shipping included but most likley less part that they will not honor.I will see them on the news now .Anyone who buys from this company be aware.

      I haven't received my order in 8 months. Meanwhile I was easily able to get the same product from Amazon, so I can't imagine it's a supply chain issue. I'm very curious whether my order will ever be honored or I'm going to be ignored forever. I tried to submit a review of the vendor and had to fight with the system just to leave feedback! Newark made me disable my adblocker to leave a review, then asked me to confirm my review via e-mail, THEN when I tried to confirm my review, they directed me to a webpage that came up as inaccessible. Newark seems like a scam company. I mean, why obfuscate so much if you are legitimate?

Having a way to contact the customer allows us an opportunity to follow-up if the customer requests us to do so. As components to build the part become available they build and ship the part but the timing is unpredictable. I agree some are on Amazon and **** but I can't tell how long they have had them or how long they waited to get them and resell them. Your order is still on backorder at this time. After I placed credit card order I received this email: “Please respond with the following information: The phone number you have on file with your bank The bill-to address that is on file with your bank A member of the Credit Card team will contact your bank directly to resolve this issue in a timley manner.”

      Thank you for your feedback! We have made some changes to the rules that are followed regarding when to hold an order up for verification. Those updates would have prevented your order from being held up.I do see that your order was released and has shipped.

      This is despicable Company. I believe they should not be allowed to conduct business they way they are.What supposed to be ordering single item, large enclosure (qty: 4) and receiving it in 2 4 days as stated on their website turned into 3 weeks process during which numerous errors were made; entries I typed myself on their website mysteriously changed to something unrelated; due to this error initial order was cancelled; after delays defected product was received and I did not raise it with them yet I see strong indication the product was shipped defected. All this resulted in repeated delays. The staff is polite and accommodating yet they do not mean what they say. I was told yes email confirming your order will be sent to you in 1/2 hr and this did not happen; you will receive it in 2 days this did not happen; we ship it to you from our US warehouse direct this did not happen, instead they shipped it ground to their warehouse with big delay overall. And it was going on and on and on...I am materially at loss as a result of this operation.Needless to say: no interest in using their services ever again.

      Placed an online order with them and paid with credit card. Was emailed that they need additional credit card info like the "800" phone number on the back, the phone number for the bank, and the bill-to address. Well, no reputable company needs these phone numbers, and the billing address was included in the original order. They cancelled my order, thank goodness. I happily informed them that I will NEVER deal with them again.

      This order was for 5 raspberry pis which has a been a frequent fraud order for us over the years (both SKU and quantity). Our algorithm also identified it as the first order with this card, Contact ID and ship to address which are additional red flags. The order was cancelled after we sent 3 emails and didnt receive a response. This all in an effort to prevent fraudulent use of customers credit cards with us.
