04/05/2024 I received a charge on my credit card for $18.99 from a company calling themselves MBM. I haven't used this particular credit card in more than 3 weeks. I researched the company and found myself on this site, but no information on the company. I checked my email, no receipt. I called my bank. Prior to this, they were previously declining a charge of $19.95 from a company called VVC for last 3 weeks. It was initially an e-cookbook I was going to purchase, until I saw I was agreeing to a $19.95 monthly subscription. I backed out of the transaction without completing the purchase, but they still attempted to charge me. When they realized my bank was declining the transaction, they changed the company name, and the amount charged, but the bank can see the charge came from the same source. Luckily, I had used my virtual card number, so the bank was able to delete that and challenge the charge without canceling my actual credit card. The e-book was being advertised on an ad in one of my game apps, so beware.

I have never heard of this company before. I don't know why they're trying to charge me $19.95 every 2 weeks, but they are. I have to keep my card locked in order to keep from being charged. There is no contact info, so there is no way to get them to stop charging my card. I just want them to stop trying to charge me.

I keep getting an attempted charge on my Chime card from a company named MBM for the amount of $19.95. I denied the charge when messaged from Chime about the charge. I haven't order any products, or obtain any services that would make this charge valid. The next day the same company MBM tried to charge my card $18.99. I denied the charge again. Every day around 2am CST this company tries to charge my card and I have to deny it. There is no contact number, address, or email for this company. I am going to have to obtain a new card, since there is no other action offered to me to resolve this.

I kept trying to figure out who this mbm company was. Then i tried to ********** ended up finding all of the complaints about the same company. This company has been apparently trying to charge me since October for $19.95. I think it was to download a cookbook for my dog for $1 but when I paid the $1 to get the download they took my $1 but never sent me my download & was still trying to charge me $19.90 the same day. So because I never got a download i did not think they would be trying to charge me a monthly anything because I never got anything from them. Well looking back on my bank statement, they took $9.95 on November 6th & then today December 13th, they took $19.95! This makes no ********* definitely want my money back! I dont have a number to even contact them.
