I kept trying to figure out who this mbm company was. Then i tried to ********** ended up finding all of the complaints about the same company. This company has been apparently trying to charge me since October for $19.95. I think it was to download a cookbook for my dog for $1 but when I paid the $1 to get the download they took my $1 but never sent me my download & was still trying to charge me $19.90 the same day. So because I never got a download i did not think they would be trying to charge me a monthly anything because I never got anything from them. Well looking back on my bank statement, they took $9.95 on November 6th & then today December 13th, they took $19.95! This makes no ********* definitely want my money back! I dont have a number to even contact them.Initial Complaint

I was going over my checking acct and I noticed 2 charges for$19.95 on my checking acct. It was from MBM ECOV. I've never ordered anything from them. I've never even heard of them. I want my money back and they should be prosecuted for stalking people's money.Initial Complaint

On or around November 3, 2021 I ordered a class ring from Limoges Jewelry. They stated it would take 4-8 weeks. On January 5th I contacted them (via email) and they stated they had to make the ring over because it didn't pass quality control. I understood. They did refund the shipping (overnight) and had Groupon refund me the money I paid initially. I get notice that the package had shipped and the approximate date of delivery, Jan 31, 2022. The package never arrived and is currently "stuck in transit". They shipped the package ground and there is no way for Fed-Ex to track it. After their delay and error they should have sent the package in the method I requested; unfortunately they didn't and now the package is lost. They sent me an email stating it is the carrier's fault and they can't do anything. I spoke to Fed-Ex and they said I have to contact the company. It's been a real joke and the have lousy customer service. If you need email responses please let me know. Thank you.
