      So I sold a vehicle to a individual in nov. He paid off the loan and took ownership of said vehicle. Almost a month later I receive the title and letter saying its paid in full. Almost a week later I get called saying he took his money back with possession of the vehicle still saying he didnt authorize the transaction few days short of having it a month. Now the finance company is harassing me ** the guy got almost 30k back with the bike still saying I have to pay ** he disconnected his number and they cant contact him. I have possession of the actual title and letter from them stating its paid for and Im tired of the calls and they have not tried to figure out where the bike is ** its to easy for them to call me since they have my info already

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Thank you for your attention in this matter, however, I reject this offer. Harley Financial did not contact me when the other partys funds were reversed after they had already said the funds went through and he could take the bike. They only contacted me to say there was a balance and past due payments. A police report has been filed and reported to insurance and I was told that the account would be suspended until the insurance was finished with the investigation and it has not. My credit has now been severely impacted by this. I want Harley Financial to take responsibility for their mistake and to fully restore my credit to what it was prior to their mistake and for them to take the loss. They have continued to harass me with phone calls to pay for a bike I no longer have. I made 3 different phone calls to confirm that the bike was in fact paid in full and on all 3 phones calls was told yes, the bike was paid in full. Harley Financial then sent a letter stating that the bike was paid in full and sent the title. As far as I know they have made no attempt to contact the other party for the funds or to find out where the bike is located. All I am asking is for them to take the loss and fully restore my credit.

      I had a lien with HDFS, because I was seriously affected during the declared national emergency with both health and my work. I had no choice but to default on the loan and had them pick up the motorcycle. I have since settled the remaining balance with HDFS. However, I have called a few different times to try and speak with someone about when my account will show settled and paid on my credit report and if reporting discrepancies could be addressed. Every time i have called in I am transferred. I have always been told their systems are down, they are in a meeting, transferred and disconnected, or again, in meetings and will call me back. To date, i have not been able to talk with anybody about my account still showing balance due on my credit reports, when its been paid in full. No one ever calls me back or will even talk to me or address my questions. This has gotten rather annoying and irritating. Since they have my money now, they don't seem to care about addressing my questions or even updating my credit report. Also, when i settled this account HDFS wouldn't allow me to pay them, I had to call the collections company, yet, when I talked to them about the credit reporting issues and getting a letter of settled debt they directed back to HDFS. I can't seem to get help from anyone with this issue from HDFS.I am trying to get a new mortgage and their lack of customer service is hindering my ability to prove the debt is settled.

      I check my credit report on a regular basis. Harley Davidson Financial Services does not report my updated information to the credit bureaus on the monthly required basis. I have complained to the company via emails and phone calls on two occasions already regarding this issue. Each time, the issue was resolved, however the issue still continues. My credit reports all show that my payments are on time, however the reports show the information has not been updated to the current month. It is the responsibility of the corporation to report a customer's updated account status every billing cycle to the credit bureaus. I want the company to be more responsible, correct this issue, and ensure it does not continue.

      We continually send our payment in every month. However, they have flagged me for 4 late payments and I have only been late once. This has ruined my credit and they refuse to correct.

      Harley Davidson financial services was issued a payoff for our account and after the payoff was received they reversed two payments on our account and stated we still owed them money, when we talked to our bank they stated there were no reversed payments to or from the bank account. After presenting this information to Harley Davidson they stated they were not going to look into the issue and if we wanted the account closed we had to pay more money

      They have been a pain. 4 phone call in three day's. Today is Dec. 19, 2021. I cen't do anything till I get paid. Why do they have to be that bad. I have always been on time I just forgot Oct payment. Plus I never got a statement for Oct payment. This is nothing by being a pain. I can't pay till I get paid to send them they money. They didn't send a payment statement for Oct that why I sent a check without the payment stub.

      On June 7th 2021, I was in a severe motorcycle accident. After the accident, my bike was reported totaled to Harley insurance company and collected. After reported, the company has told me that the motorcycle was going to be paid off. After it was reported to the ***************** I never even received another **** from Harley financial services , therefore I thought everything was taken care of. After a couple months I decided to check my credit report only to find out that I have received a negative **** on it from Harley financial services. I immediately reached out to them to see what had happened for this to occur. At that time they had told me that I have not been making my payments on the motorcycle. When I further looked into the issue, it was not actually paid until October, which is months after. I have questioned Harley financial services asking why they have stopped sending bills or even giving me a notice as to why all this has happened. All they stated was that they are not responsible for billing me and could not give me a real explanation of why this all had happened. Now due to Harley financial services taking it upon their selves to stop sending a monthly **** and statement like they had since day 1 and also not giving any warning whatsoever that this was happening , my credit has taken a severe hit. Now the bike has been paid off from the insurance company the only outcome to be settled upon is the negative **** on my credit removed by Harley financial services. They have now made four delinquent against my credit.
