      I called to close account they refused they said it was in review to close any way would not explain. Would not close it. If I request it closed it should be closed no money owed it should just be closed no questions asked if the owner asks not keep reviewing it til they decide to close it or not

      This company calls my phone at least 10 times a day, I have never done business with them and don't have a credit card thru them. What credit cards I do have, have a current zero balance.

      So this company sold off their credit card division and is now devaluing it by intentionally losing card members by their horrible practices. Got this card almost 5 years ago. Starting credit limit was $1750. About a year ago, after paying off my balance, they falsely claimed I was in the process of bankruptcy and lowered my limit to $1150. When disputing this they said to take it up with the credit reporting agency. The agency had no record of a bankruptcy on my report! Recently, I paid off my balance again and they lowered my cl to $500. Almost 5 years, never late, never a missed payment and a FICO over 700... almost 100 points higher than when I first got the card and I'm rewarded by then intentionally trying to damage my credit by a forced credit limit decrease. I hope the bank they sold their card to realizes they're intentionally devaluing that purchase by forcing customers, such as myself, to close their useless card due to their shady actions so that's a return on investment the new bank will never see.

      The business practices of this company should put them in prison. When you make a payment paying off more than half a credit card balance, the **** answer is to cut you credit limit because you wont be paying them any interest for a while. This dropped my credit score over 50 points! These people are criminals.

      My review is similar to another person - they would not send me a new CC due to the fact i had changed my phone number. They proceeded to overcharge my account $90 in late fees when I had paid my cc off the day i reported my card lost. This company extorts money from its innocent customers. They refuse to take honest updated identifying information from its own on-time bill paying customers. The company works with backwards ethics.

      I am livid with this bank. My account was suspended im a security concern of bank transfer? I get told of call but because my cell phone number changed they refuse to speak with me because they cant send me a code to confirm my identity?? They dont allow you to change your own number online and i had my codes going of email, i didnt think this would be issue, folks change numbers all time. I gave them my SS and date of birth per phone system but security **** refuses to speak with me. I have never felt so disrespected ever!! phones are not a secure way to check for a persons identity, its insane. the bank is not close to me. No one will help. ********* and others blew me off and even been hung up on. I have funds that go to past due bills

      If I could provide less than one star I would. I suppose I should have checked these reviews prior to opening an account with ***** I signed up under a promotion to receive a welcome reward for opening a new **** Advance account. I have fulfilled all of the requirements of the promotion and should have received the reward in September. I called and opened a ****** with customer support in October and was told it would take several weeks to research and resolve. I called back today (Dec. 1st) to follow up as I had not heard anything. The agent informed me that there was no movement on the case. After being on hold for over 45 minutes the agent informed me that my case was now declined and that there was no one I could speak to about appealing or getting further information. I requested to immediately close my account. I shall certainly never be doing business with this bank again. Poor follow up, dishonest promotions.

      **** has stolen $24,500 from me. I signed up for a new account. Transferred money, did direct deposit, complied with all promotion criteria. They did not honor it. I transferred my money to a more honest bank (ANY OTHER ONE). The confirmed the transfer and closed my account. My money never made it to the other institution. I can't see my old account, they say my money is on hold for the past 20+ days. They refuse to give me an answer on where my money is or when i can get it back.They have stolen my money. Any insights on how i can get my money back, please?
