    I placed an order mid July for several bags of their popcorn. Paid for it in full and still have not received my product. I have contacted them (via email-their ONLY method) and I have received nothing more than an automated response saying they will respond to me within 24 hours. Two months later, still no response and no product has delivered!

    I placed an order on 5/16/24 for 2 items totaling $65.25 and only received one of the items (price for item was $40.00). I did not receive the other (price was $32.50). I have emailed them multiple times requesting the product initially and then have multiple failed attempts just a refund. I have also reached out to them on Instagram multiple times and it appears my comments get deleted with no response.

    On July 22nd, 2024 I made a purchase through their website for 2 Boxes Remys Cinnamon Grahams 25ct totaling $80.00 (Order #: ******) and paid in full. I received an email immediately notifying me that they will send shipment details once it has been shipped. A week later, July 28th, I had still not received any new details so I sent another email. I got a response from them July 30th with the same message stating they will go ahead and fulfill order and send me details. That was the last time I heard from them. To date, I have sent 2 additional emails, but still no action or response from them. They do not have a customer service phone number, so email was my only mode of communication. This is a month later and I would like to for them to either please deliver the order (which will be great) or issue a refund back to the original payment method. Thank you for your help.

    I placed an order on 07/04/24 for 8 items. On 07/13/24, I received an email saying some of my items were being shipped (6 of the 8 items). The 6 items were delivered on 07/17/24. I waited for a few extra days to see if the remaining items would show up. Finally, on 07/28/24 I reached out to the customer service email stating I had not received my 2 items and asked for a refund for those items. On 07/30/24, the customer service agent said I would receive a confirmation email of the refund. I never did. I emailed again on 8/09/24 and 08/14/24 with no response either time. There is no phone number to call to get this resolved.

    Purchase safe and fair strawberry shortcake granola. Found a slivers of glass in the product. Have the glass and the package. Contacted the company three separate times and received only Auto responses. I am concerned this is a packaging problem and maybe an indication of further contamination

    My order #****** on 2/29/24 received on 3/4/24 was missing item ****** Birthday Cake Drizzled Popcorn Case (bulk order). I emailed *********************** several times between 3/4/24 and 4/18/24 and received nothing more than an automated response. I mailed by post office about the issue and it was returned to sender. I would like either the missing item or a credit for the item not received.

    I ordered 10 bags of granola from this company on Tuesday, February 20. I chose an option available to pay that they offered which was called Shop Pay. After I selected shop pay, if processed and approved my payment for a card that was already on file. For whatever reason, it had my daughters address, which was out of state in Virginia, I live in ********. There is no way to see the shipping location until after the order was already processed, so of course, I noticed it immediately after the order was placed. I could not see it before the order was placed and dont know why her address was in there. I immediately reached out for options to contact Safe and Fair. Unfortunately, there was no phone number available which is terrible. They said to contact them via email, which I did within 10 minutes of placing the order to get the order changed. I was not originally looking to cancel the order just change its destination. They say they usually respond within 24 hours but I have emailed them three days in a row and have received no response. I would like this resolved because this is the worst customer service Ive ever received and I have ordered hundreds of dollars of product from them through the last year or so. I am a loyal customer.. It was an easy fix originally just changing the address but now that package is being delivered 1000 miles away. I need resolution on this as I dont have the money right now to get the package re-delivered from Virginia to ********. Thank you
