      I normally order food and it's fine I have one order from ********. Now since I ordered from somewhere else and my food was wrong again from a store apparently I'm asking for a free meal. Just ask for the food I'm missing. I'm an eligible for a refund now. So basically I'm lying and I'm blacklisted is what they're saying. If they believe I need more proof I'm more than willing to ask and take a photo of what I'm missing I had several photos taken to prove hey I didn't get my food. But no their system processed me saying I'm on eligible for a refund so I'm unable to have them fix my missing 10-piece chicken nugget. It took three people to tell me hey I need to call the store. Two people told me we're unable to help you we're disconnecting the chat when I asked hey do I need to call the store because it was a promotion item that I was missing. I didn't even care for a refund at this point but the refund also stung. I wouldn't even asked for a refund if they didn't get my order wrong. I've had my order wrong so many times so now they probably think yeah I'm lying to give free food. Which at that point I'm more than willing to take photos I will prove I don't have my food. I just don't understand why it took three people to help me fix a problem that says hey call the store you can get meal remade. I work at fast food most of the time when you go through an app you have to go through that app in order to fix what's wrong. I was just rude as h*** have two people just hang up on me when I asked hey please solve my problem. So no I'm probably not going to use the app again even though I'm a prime member and I have plus. I'll just walk for my food. This is just horseshit. So if stores get your order wrong too many times no one will believe you that it happened. The system is messed up. Which this isn't the first order system that's done this to me **** eats has. ******** hasn't maybe I'll use them more. I would delete my account but who knows. I'm considering

      Ordered food, Grubhub could not provide a driver on time. Food came a hour and a half late. Would not cancel the order or refund me. Offered me $10 I spent over $100 on food.

      I had a medical treatment today and hadn't eaten all day due to this. I've been in bed unwell so my only option was to order delivery as *** unable to do anything cause of my health condition. So I started a order for my LOCAL food place and during my order I received and error. I reopened a new window and completed my already started previously unfinished order. Come to find out they deceptively switched the delivery location to the next town over. If I had known I wouldn't have ordered. I only realized it when they sent tracking. I immediately tried to cancel within minutes of placing my order but was told I couldn't and offered a $5 credit. No thanks!. Once the food had arrived from over 40 mins away unsurprisingly everything was ice cold and the drink was nothing but watered down warm tea from the ice melting. The ice cream pie was warm and melted. I attempted to start to eat my cold fries and hamburger but couldn't even get a few bites without it making me feel completely sick on top of already being ill from my treatments. I tried to get a refund for just the items and not the tip as it was of no fault of the driver or store but they kept offering me a credit that started at $5 again and then got up to $17. I told them no thanks over and over to stop offering credits as I will never order from them again so the credits were useless. I told them that a credit wasn't acceptable for a $50 order on inedible food that made me sick that I had to trash. So their last offer was to refund $15, are you kidding me?! I again restated I will not ever order from them again and I would be making my complaint known on social media and review sites for others to be informed of their deceptive practices. The last thing she said was they would be in contact to try to resolve this with a supervisor after over 2 hours of chat and calls from the time of my order and my last conversation with the last *** after being given a run around with numerous ***s. *** not holding my breath.

      They deactivated my account for no reason and explanation. I have worked with them for 6 years delivering food. Please don't use them for your food orders or work for them or refer anyone to them. I explain to them that this is a source of income for my family, and they did not care. I will be passing the word everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      The Grubhub driver STOLE OUR FOOD AND LIED ABOUT IT AND WE NEVER GOT OUR FOOD. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE GRUBHUB-THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED

      Thing is, I wish I could give 0 stars. Like -1.1m stars. I ordered my food at 3pm and didn't get my **** food until 6:30 pm for a restaurant that's 4 miles away. Then when I asked them to just cancel the **** order because I didn't even want the food anymore, they then tell me they can't cancel and refund the order since the restaurant has already started making the food. I don't know how the h*** she got that when the time kept being pushed back 30 mins at a time. Bro if they had an office I could go to, I'd probably blo that sh*t up. You don't play with people's food. May I add the fact that I only got my food because I just decided to order on door dash. Grubhub=trash. Grubhub customer service=trash, simply because they played an auction game with me for credits, ie : how about a $5 credit? $7? $10?. Like girl what the he!l

      If I could leave a negative review I would. Wife orders, using the free prime membership thing to try it out. Food takes well over an hour on the first delivery to say it's being delivered. Then, driver does not even checks the address, just throws our food down on someone elses porch. We get the notification, no food, call their customer support or whatever and get told "Well, you will just need to go find what house the driver left it at". Excuse me? No refund, no nothing, just reordered. Second order takes another hour and a half. And food is cold. Worst experience ever, this "business" needs to be shut down immediately.

      A driver left my pho soup with the lid off with the soup completely spilled in the bag and spilled all over my porch. Had to argue with 3 different representatives including a supervisor to get a credit for $20. Initially just wanted to do a refund, then offered a $5 credit, then when I continued to complain they bumped it to $10, then $15, then $20 which finally covered the amount of my order should I chose to re-order in the future. What they should have offered is to send out a new order so I could eat dinner. Ridiculous customer service.
