  Attempting to collect Minecoins from a product they have advertised as having them available and the kids want for their game. I have taken a picture of the receipt itself (the receipt can't be read because it is too large to fit in with a close up of the image). I attempted to take a picture of the product next to the receipt (they don't take pictures of the products themselves with or without receipt next to it as proof). I attempted a zoomed in of the product purchased (they won't take partial receipt images as proof as it isn't a complete receipt). Last ditch effort, I take multiple images of the receipt down the length of it from top to bottom then piece the receipt together so that it can be readable, and complete receipt (They denied it as being a valid receipt). This is nothing more than a scam at this point since they won't take any form of image of the receipt as proof of purchase and part with the minecoins code for my kids. Will not be purchasing another of their products. They are full of garbage chemicals anyway.

  Usually, I have no problems with my cereal from this company. But today, half of my bowl of Fruit Loops was burnt. Not visibly charred, but the taste was so awful that it even changed the taste of the milk. Im so disappointed.

  Kellogg's started a promotion with FREE CEREAL BOWL, I followed the instructions and sent copies of receipts as a proof of the purchase. They kept telling me the something was wrong with the receipt and to upload them again, I did it 3 times and never heard anything again about the promotion. According to the option to submit receipts, the bowls offer is not a current promotion, so what they are doing is false advertising and deceiving the consumers. What a way to disappoint the loyal consumers, especially the children.

  The last couple of times Ive bought Austins Peanut Butter on Cheese Crackers, (box of 20), I have been thoroughly disappointed. These are and have been for years, the best crackers out there. Not any more!They are supposed to have peanut butter between two crackers. At least they are packaged and sold as such. So far out of the last box there is PB about the size of my pinkie toenail in them! Waste of my hard earned money down the drain! Dont know if Ill ever buy them again and that makes me very sad as they are my go to snack!

  Kellogg's started a promotion with Minecraft promising in game cash for purchasing their products, I followed the instructions and got approved for the in game cash then the email confirming the 350 credits sent me to a redemption website that does not work. I asked friends and other people on the internet and the service is just a fake scam. There is no proper email to contact Kellogg's and address the issue.

  It had be years since I purchased pop tarts from Kelloggs. I was so disappointment when I first opened the packaging to find how skimpy the frosting is and how thin the pastry is that it almost falls apart when taking out of its packaging. It is not what it use to be with the frosting going to the edge. Now it is just this 2" smear down the middle. To be sure that this was not just a with one store, I did purchase from multiple stores only to find that same subpar product. Normally I don't complain about frivolous things but when I feel I am getting taken or scammed, that is different. If you plan to be so cheap with the frosting, at least change the picture on the box. It is very misleading and deceptive. I get that Kellogg's wants to save money but at what cost. You expect consumers to pay more for less product. What I would like is what I paid for in the picture and not what I got in the box. At the very least you can do is change the picture to reflect the actual product instead of misleading consumers. This only forced me to look else where for an alternative. I did find that ******* brand sells a 6 pack of Frosted Toaster Pastry for only $1. Unfortunately the only way this big corporations learn is if you hit them in their pockets.

  I enjoy the Kellogg cereals, but quality control seems to be slipping. This may be only a one time thing, but understanding the speed the equipment moves when filling the boxes, I think this may be a larger issue. About a month ago I purchased 1 box of the Large Honey Smacks. Inside the box though was Frosted Flakes. Im not sure how it happened, but thought it should be addressed. I have pics of all pertinent info if anyone wants it.

  I bought two boxs of Rice Krispies- same time same store- . I made a batch of Rice Krispie bars and 1st bite of bar there was hard pieces- like hard rice. Throughout the whole pan hard pieces.Made another batch with second box of Rice Krispies same thing. Hard crunchy pieces. Glad I didnt break a tooth.Have you had any other complaints on boxes of Rice Krispies?

  I sent in the required documents for the KELLOGG **** offer last year.The product was not received,I contacted Kellogg, they said that **** was no longer available but they would send the new **** offer in it's place. It,too, did not arrive. I called, they said it would be sent but I had to wait 10 weeks which I did. I didn't arrive, so I called and emailed, more apologies. The **** offer would arrive in 10 weeks. I didn't arrive, I sent another email, I was just told I would have to wait another 10 weeks. It is now 1 1/2 years since the original order was placed and I still don't have their promo. I have all my emails detailing my numerous inquires along with the case #'s. It is disappointing how this company is defrauding the consumer, promising promotional products if the required cereal is purchased and then not following through.
