On or about 6-26-24 I initiated a pickup up from our warehouse to have a shipment of computers sent to *************. I was invoiced and paid for the shipment and the following happened:I PAID for a pickup and was communicated by ****** ****** who continues to ignore any email communication a Monday pickup scheduled. On Thursday of that week still no pickup or any communication so I was forced to cancel. I asked for a credit back on my card. As of today nearly 3 months later I have not received a credit nor have I received any communication, even though multiple emails and calls. It is not a lot of money but I have always ran my businesss doing the right and ethical thing. Not refunding my monies for services not performed is just plain wrong and not the way to conduct business Just simply do the right thing is a foreign word to this organization. I honestly do not expect this company to refund, but put this out there for other companies contemplating doing business with them to RUN. They are not an ethical company nor will they deliver.

I used Coyote Logistics to book a freight shipment from ** to ID. I made an ACH payment for the shipment up front on 7/17/24. The carrier was supposed to pick-up the shipment no later than 7/19/24. On 7/18/24, I was informed that the carrier could not pick-up until 7/25/24. I requested for the shipment to be cancelled for a full refund. Coyote Logistics refuses to refund my money because they say they don't have the funds. However, the funds were immediately withdrawn from my bank account and my bank confirmed that the funds were withdrawn on 7/18/24. Coyote Logistics is a scam: they lied about the pick-up date and they won't return my money after the shipment was cancelled with adequate notice.

2/19/24, our company, Bliss Americas LLC, requested a quotation from Coyote Logistics for 2 shipments. We informed them of the exact weights and dimensions for said shipments, along with the destination address to obtain a quote. Coyote Logistics provided several freight options shortly after our request. We made the decision to use AAA ****** freight due to the competitive rate arranged by Coyote Logistics. 2/22/24, the shipment was picked up from AAA ****** and was delivered to the end destination on 3/4/24. On 3/19/24, we received the invoices for these shipments and instead of sending 2 invoices, Coyote submitted 4 invoices. The additional 2 invoices were add-ons due to AAA ****** claiming that they re-weighed the shipments and that both shipments exceeded the amount of weight our company provided Coyote Logistics in the quotation stage. One shipment with a 694lb. difference, and the other shipment with a 1003lb. difference. We immediately informed Coyote Logistics that this is a major error on AAA ******** end and that there was no physical way possible that our shipments weighed what AAA ****** was claiming. We reminded Coyote Logistics that the information we provided was 100% accurate and that they needed to resolve this with AAA ******. Coyote Logistics responded to our concern and informed us not to worry and that the overweight charges have been removed and to disregard the 2 additional invoices. We proceeded to release the payments for the 2 correct invoices which would have made our account paid in full. On 5/6/24, we received an email from Coyote Logistics stating that we had an outstanding balance. Again, we informed Coyote of this with the understanding that this had been taken care of. Shortly after, we received another apologetic email from Coyote on this issue and again they told us not to worry and that all was resolved. On 6/27/24, we received notification that this had been handed over to collections, which we have since disputed.

Coyote was hired to ship several pallets of beer. They contracted the shipment out to T-Force who delivered the pallets of beer. The beer was damaged on the truck and a claim was submitted to Coyote using their claim process long with pictures.T-Force denied the claim because Coyote is required to get approval from T-Force before shipping beer. Coyote did not follow the required procedure and I lost $1248 worth of product.

This is about the load # ********. The transaction took place on 09/21/2023. The amount of ******** USD was estimated and paid in full. Coyote presented our company with an additional amount of $******** because the shipping code was different for the shipment than it was stated in our quote. I used the shipping code for the product density that was from the internet - I always used this code for metal without a problem. Coyote stated that I should have used their shipping code calculator, but they never mentioned this feature before or during the enrolment. My request to contact the shipper, *****, was denied. My request to speak with the upper management at Coyote was denied. Coyote is a shipping broker, but there is no forms to dispute charges available. We would like to have the additional charges of $3658.46 removed from our account. The main contact at coyote is ******************************* ******************************************* the account is currently with the collections Case #: ******** Re: Coyote Logistics Amount due: USD ******** ******************************** The charge is $2000 higher than having a personalized truck.

****** ********* is filing a complaint against Coyote Logistics, a 3rd party provider, due to an unacceptable bill amount. The written quote was $974.14, the bill received was $1,584.71 (increase of $610.57) due to a reweigh and reclass of 24 lbs, a variance that is less than 1% of the total weight of this shipment! Coyote explained an error within their system causing it to not properly calculate the weight. They claimed Forward Air is not willing to alter amount and the matter is closed. We paid Coyote $974.14 on 1/10/24. We feel additional charges are excessive and unacceptable and wish for an adjustment to the bill. Uploaded is the written quote, the B/L, packing list, invoice, and email exchanges.

In early April, 2023 our purchasing/logistics employee reached out to Coyote Logistics to obtain a shipping quote to transfer a finished product of ours to our customer. At this time and on initial contact, the customer and shipment information was provided. This included the weight, dimension, and material class to be transported. We were provided with 8 different quotes ranging from apx. $125.00 to $200.00 depending on the carrier. A week later, we reached out and chose a freight company whose rate was apx. $150.00. The finished product was picked up the same day, and delivered to the customer soon after without issue.Another week later, our purchasing/logistics employee received a notice from Coyote Logistics that the carrier billed over $900.00 due to the size being over dimensional! Further, they asked that we submit information to aid in the dispute of the added charge, which we did. However, no resolution was met and Coyote Logistics continued their attempt to collect on this service. Finally, our account was sent to a collection agency, impacting our credit. Our business is not liable for these extensively added charges because the service supersedes the billing practice, no indication of a contingently added fee was expressed or agreed upon, and the shipping data was provided prior to the quote process. Thus, both organizations (Coyote Logistics & the carrier) would have the information required to recognize whether this would be an over dimensional shipment or not. Not to mention a week of time passed which could have been used to notify us of this issue. Finally, increasing the price 634% after providing the service is extremely unprofessional, and a questionable business practice. It feels like we were swept in with the quote, provided the service, and then billed a preposterous value. We paid the price we were quoted in a timely manner.

I use to work for this company. I left and came back; which I know regret doing!. Worked very hard to prove myself and get promoted. They wasn't giving me my raise so I went to HR about it and after that situation was handled, I started receiving write **** in which I wasn't receiving before I went to HR; for a new system that was causing issues for everybody! They kept writing me up until I was fired. Upper management in the customer service department is very r***** against colored people. They only look out for their own and once you go against them, they try to find a way to get rid of you! Alot of management shouldn't be in the position their in, because they don't know what they're doing and playing favoritism to the people the same color as them. That whole customer management team needs to be investigated!! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE A PERSON OF COLOR!!!

Coyote sent payments for 2 loads to a factoring company that we have been out of contract with for over 2 years. Coyote acknowledged that they mistakenly sent my payments to the factoring company, but also stated that they had to wait until they were refunded before submitting payment to my company. I had to track down the refund for Coyote and provided them with proof from TAFS, this has been over a month and I'm still not getting any answers on when I can expect payment from Coyote. When I call in for accounts payable I get an over seas center where they state the same thing, our team is working on it and they will be in contact with you. Emails go unanswered for a couple weeks. Coyote has admitted fault for sending my payments to a factoring company but still has not issued my company payment for services rendered. And I'm sure that Coyote will not pay late fees.
