Friday March 11, 2022 I was due to have a 1 hour wake and immediately after a funeral services for my mother. After her services she was to be cremated. I selected the 1day service ******* for my mothers services because, it was the most sensible choice. The Angel ******* to be exact was selected, for $7100+ tax =$7823.78. This establishment was the highest of all the other funeral homes I visited for the same services. The owner of the facility was frazzled by a dispute between two children and decided to end the total services 30 to 40 minutes into the wake. I was more than willing to assist in asking the children and parents to leave that caused the disturbance. However, I wasnt given that option. The police was called and we were asked to leave the establishment. I was completely mortified by **************** ********* resolve. I was due to utilize the facility until 1p.m as stated by Britany the funeral director that officiated the details. The ******* ******* and musicians that we hired had been paid for services that never transpired. Not only was I distraught because of my mothers death, but also because, of Mr. ******* nonchalant disposition. He wasnt willing to accommodate me in any fashion. I left as he asked, and upon leaving asked him to call me to gain some insight as to how he wanted to proceed. I visited the establishment the very next day and the sign stated the establishment was closed. So I called and left a voicemail with a phone rep. I didnt receive a call until Sunday morning from ********************. His tone was very unprofessional for an establishment of that caliber. He stated that hed basically did me a favor by not charging me for the conversation that we were having, nor was he charging me for holding my mothers body for the additional days. He stated the I was charged for a space and he didnt feel the need to give me anything back. That is after he verbally acknowledged that I didnt have a funeral service as I was due per my contract.
