I placed an order on 4/27/21 for $241.60 and was told it would ship on 2-3 months.On 6/1 I/21 I was told it would ship 8/10/21.On 8/13/21 I was told it would ship 10/14/21.On 8/19/21 I was told it would ship 12/20/21.On 8/16 I sent an email to **************** asking for a refund plus four months interest. I left a voice mail on 8/18. And on 8/19 I responded directly to the email I received. And no one has gotten back to me.Business response

We do apologize for the several delays you have experienced with your order, as well as the inconvenience this has caused you. This season has seen a influx of orders and shortage of supplies. COVID is still effecting business and lead times into this patio season. On 8/16, Treasure Garden advised that the fabric you selected is on backorder until 12/20. Unfortunately, our estimated ship dates come straight from the manufacturer and we do our best to make sure these delays are communicated as soon as possible. As per your request, we have reached out to Treasure Garden to request cancellation and once confirmed, a full refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation containing this information.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I do not understand why it took a complaint to the BBB to get someone from the company to respond to my phone calls and emails regarding this matter. Delays are one thing, but this is also about poor customer service.
