    I inquired services from culture studios back in July 2024. They gave me an estimate for some shirts to be made. 2 months later after waiting, the shirts are shipped to me. Upon receiving the shirts, the shirts had this weird stain, or pretreatment. I made it known to the company by sending 18 different pictures of the shirts with these stains. The company handled the situation poorly, stating I was lying or I caused the stain to occur.They also mentioned the box was damaged in transit, but on the contrary. I provided pictures to them of the shirts with stains and box, being in tact with no damage. The company refuses to refund me my initial payment, wants me to return the shirts, pay the full balance, and wait for a resolution, after I clearly have stated I no longer need their horrendous service.

    Jumping in to support.  Seems we've asked a few times to return the goods for inspection.  It my understanding you still even have a balance on the order as well but we can jump that hurdle in a bit.  We're happy to review this product once its sent back. As you know, this is a custom job so any return has to be warranted and checked by our quality control department.  I can assure you if you get the goods back we'll process them right away and get to a solution.
