Concerning this review,
This woman is referring to a repair project that was requested by a 2nd floor neighbor below her unit on the 3rd floor. The toilet in her second bathroom was leaking onto the ceiling of her neighbor. The neighbor was concerned that there maybe a rising issue of water damages and essentially mold, making the repair high priority and an emergency repair. The proposal for the repairs were submitted via email to the two parties before mentioned on 2/26/23.
The cost of $375.00 is for all material, labor, testing and return visits of inspections were listed and enumerated per line item. In the case that the price would be an issue of excessive cost or an alternative repair person were more suited to fulfill the needs of this particular consumer, It would have been more appropriate to decline at or before the (7) day time frame for review of the contract. Rather this consumer granted access to my licensed and insured plumber. My plumbing professional accessed and repaired the issues quickly thru his expertise and knowledge on common issues of a leaking toilet.
After a period of water testing for leaks to be certain if the repair was successful, my drywall crew repaired and closed the ceiling. My crew and I were off site for over 1.5 months due to scheduling conflicts with the customer who initiated the service. Recently I was able to connect with the customer and complete the repairs and painting to her ceiling. These repairs concluded the project in total and as such, payment was due for all repairs. At this point I contacted the consumer in question about the payment for repairs. This consumer mentioned an issue with the payment amount at this point after the service had previously been rendered. After several emails looking for resolution and close out, I proceeded forward with the legal action to invoke my right to compensation.
